at no additional cost. She got upset and left.Due to the cost of materials, my time in doing the implant surgery & modification ofdenture, full refund will not be given. No refund to see another dentist while we wereclosed for summer vacation.She did not have any complaints about the dentures until they were modified forimplants. To Whom it May Concern: Transcend Credit Union is in receipt of Mr. [redacted]’s complaint filed in November 2017 in which he states that the credit union did not notify him of the name and change. Further, Mr. [redacted] asserts that the credit union has not applied his October loan payment and that...

his credit score has dropped 15 points due to this circumstance.   Transcend Credit Union went to great lengths to notify the membership of the name change that took place in September 2017. All credit union members were sent two postcard notifications through the United States Postal Service. Transcend Credit Union kept and maintained the same telephone number, [redacted], for customer service inquiries. The website was updated to [redacted], and attempts to navigate to the old web address ([redacted]) are automatically forwarded to the new Transcend web address. Last, no mailing address has changed. Our mailing addresses remain: [redacted] and [redacted].   Second, Transcend is in receipt of the 9/3/2017 loan payment that Mr. [redacted] references in his complaint; it was applied to his loan account on 9/15/2017, the same day it was received as incoming mail. In addition, we received another payment on 11/3/2017.  As a courtesy, the 11/3 payment was backdated to 10/19 and a late fee was refunded. In addition, and also as a courtesy, the due date was updated to 12/19/2017 due to the member making a double payment in 12/2016. However, going forward the member is advised that loan payments may not be pre-paid more than 30 days in advance of the due date. (This means that Mr. [redacted]’s 12/19/2017 loan payment may be made as early as 11/20/2017.)   Last, the credit union reviewed the payment history and is updating all 3 major credit bureaus to report that Mr. [redacted] has made all loan payments as agreed since account opening. As of the date of this letter and per the request of the complainant, I have left a message for Mr. [redacted] at [redacted] which included my direct phone number. Should any further information be needed, please feel free to contact me directly at [redacted] or [redacted].  Transcend Credit Union considers this matter resolved, and no further action warranted.   Sincerely,

Dentures were purchased in April 2014.  We cannot refund for a set of dentures that are over one year old.  She also had them remade, top and bottom, at no charge June 2015.  At this point we have attempted to address her concerns and honored our one year warranty on breakage.If...

patient requires a repair, there will be a norminal charge.She has been wearing the remake set without any issues since June 2015, and the last time she came to see us, she stated that her mouth was swollen because she had eaten something she was allergic to.  A denture should not be adjusted because your mouth is temporarily swollen.  She needs to treat her allergies as she normally does.Sincerely,Dr. Jennifer Alston-Sako
