Desigual contacted me via telephone to apologize for the poor treatment based on the phone logs that they reviewed. However, they only offered me a 20% coupon on a future purchase and refused to locate the item that I had originally ordered. I was disappointed in their response.
Since contacting them about this issue I ordered the item from France and paid extra to have it shipped, so I no longer need the wallet that accompanied the purse purchased from Desigual. Nonetheless, their lack of responsiveness does not encourage me to order from them in the future.

Review: I contacted Desigual because the item I purchased was defective. They agreed to give me a refund, but only if I provided my bank account information. They initially asked for it to be provided via email, which is an obvious security concern. I told them I was unable to do so over email, and suggested they call me instead. However, they have been unable to give me a reason why a direct transfer to my bank account is the only option for a refund. I see no reason why I should give them my personal bank account information, as it could be used to commit fraud/theft. I would like them to provide me a check or some other way of refunding my money without me having to provide them with my personal account information. They have refused to honor my refund in any other method than by me providing them with my bank account information. This seems extremely shady to me, and I will not give them access to my account info.Desired Settlement: I would like my refund via check if possible, as I no longer trust this retailer with my account information after their insistence that I provide my financial information to them.

Review: Hi, I bought a Delsigualcoat in NY for over 1,000 Skr. I was so happy when I found it in my size, size 48, who I don't found in the store in Uppsala, Sweden. But it turns out that the crumble apart, the threads in the weaving release so you can pull out and make holes and sparse. The outer pattern fabric above on that release. Se, how it look like new, http[redacted] I contacted the store in Uppsala and asked for help to contact you in Spain to complain about the quality. I have been answered by the Store Manager in Sweden that I only get 30% discount on a new coat of the same variety. I was so upset that I stuttered, it's their brand and their crappy quality! Review: I ordered the Two Levels Papillon Ref58Y53H03007U bag and matching purse from Desigual on their corporate website as a holiday gift. The purse was in adequate condition, but the wallet was torn in the right-hand corner. The defective product was then colored over in blue marker to disguise the defect from the customer.

On 12/**/15 I contacted Andrea from the customer service team (have logs available) and was told that Desigual does not participate in exchanges. She recommended taking the faulty wallet to ship at the [redacted] store nearest me and to re-order the product.

On 12/**/15 I contacted Emmanual from customer service and he refused to help me. I have not received my refund and in addition, the product I desired was no longer in stock. He refused to locate my item, track my return, or any other such remediation.

I am currently out of 47.20 USD that has been charged to my account and not refunded. The company also refuses to replace the merchandise that was sent to me defective and claims that it can no longer find it in stock. I have been told to return the matching purse, which would be another inconvenience and 50.38 USD charge. This is in addition to the packing charges that I incurred at [redacted] to return the wallet.Desired Settlement: Ideally I would like the company to replace the defective merchandise (the wallet). Otherwise, I expect refund in full and compensation for having to return not only the wallet, but now also the matching bag that will no longer have a counterpart.
