We were able to reserve the Presidential Suite in [redacted] at [redacted] this year. We invited two couples to come with us, and had our five-year-old with us. We'd seen but not stayed in the Presidential Suite, and our friends, who were seeing it for the first time, were just bowled over at how elaborate it was. The huge kitchen and separate dining room were great. We never would have been able to manage the logistics to spend that much time with our friends (at no lodging cost to them) if we didn't use Desired Getaways.

This is by far the WORST timeshare experience I have ever had. I actually think they are very fraudulent in their promotions. Their website is not functional, It is very difficult to get anyone to return your calls, you are given false and misleading information and they bounce you around from person to person to person hoping you will give up and simply accept you loss. AVOID THIS SCAM AT ALL COSTS!
