I ordered floating shelves on November 10, 2019. After a month with no correspondence and no product delivery, I emailed the merchant, who did not respond. After several more emails merchant stated order would arrive the following week. The order never arrived. I called and emailed multiple times again before receiving an email once again stating the order would arrive the following week or a refund would be issued. Again, the order didn’t arrive, no refund was received, and there was no communication from Desjardin Designs. Each time I call I am unable to speak with anyone and leave a message with no call back. I am attempting to dispute the transaction through my credit card company to receive a refund
