Review: Purchase made on 9/**/14 for $49.95 for the My Screen Recorder 4 software. The software failed to install. Several emails to site but no reply back. Called phone number on [redacted] web site. No body ever answers phone. left message but nobody every returns call. This site may be fraud.
I'd like to get refund because I never received what I was purchasing which was software to run My Screen Recorder

Review: On December [redacted], 2014, I purchased My Screen Recorder Pro to use for recording my computer screen and making presentations. They claim that the software works on every platform including Windows 7, but I was unable to make it work on my laptop and the software keeps giving me errors, making it useless.
They charged me $99.95 for the software and their "refund policy" states that they provide refunds for 30 days. A couple days after my purchase, I contacted them and did not receive any responses regarding my issues and that I wanted to receive a refund per their policy.
I opened a dispute through [redacted] and haven't received my money refunded back yet. The software is uninstalled and deleted from my computer.Desired Settlement: I want a refund of $99.95 credited back to my [redacted] account. I am still within their refund policy.

Review: I purchased DVD Author Plus on 4/**/2013. It is advertised "Support for DVD-R Dual Layer format and DVD+R Double Layer" I have a dual layer drive on my computer, and DVD Author will not work. I have been in contact with Deskshare customer/technical support several times (5/**/2013, ~5/**/2013, 6/*/2013, and 7/*/2013). Deskshare indicated the their 'new' product upgrade to 3.1 would fix the problem, it did NOT. I have sent them numerous screen shots of their product indicating that my computer 'should' work with DVD Author Plus. It does NOT. In my final contact on 7/*/2013, I stated "Your product does not work as advertised and I would like my money refunded." I have not heard back from Deskshare.Desired Settlement: I want my money refunded, in the amount of $29.95.

I can process the refund as soon as the deactivation is completed.
