Review: I placed an order for two packs of ink for my computer printer on October *, 2013. The package was marked as shipped on October *, 2013, but it was actually shipped on October *, 2013 according to USPS's online tracking. The package arrived at my house on October **, 2013. Upon opening the package, I noticed that I was only mailed one pack of ink versus the two that I ordered and paid for, which was also on the receipt in the package. I promptly emailed the person that was listed on my receipt and waited for a reply. A couple of weeks pass and I realized this person never emailed me back. I went to the website and located a generic email address for the company and explained the situation again, requesting the second half of my order rather than a refund. No reply still after a week. I emailed a third time stating that I would be filing a chargeback on my credit card if I do not receive a reply with either a refund or a replacement product by the end of the week. Still no answer a week later. Today, November *, 2013, I filed a chargeback on my credit card. Do NOT do business with this company - their website is plastered with customer service claims but they clearly do not follow through. This was my first time ordering from this company and it will be my last. This is extremely unprofessional.Desired Settlement: I would like to be reimbursed for half of my order to remedy the half that I did not receive.
