Review: I did not authorize the installation of a new battery to be put in to the vehicle that was being looked over, I was not told a new battery was going to be installed, or what that cost would be. I was forced to pay for the installation and purchase of the new battery in order to get the keys to my vehicle so that I could move forward in a sale of the vehicle.Desired Settlement: A refund for the battery, Approximately $86.00
