We completely disagree with this complaintThis order was placed on 3/with a pickup window of 3/4-the vehicle was loaded on 3/and pics were taken at time of pickupThe delivery window was 3/5-and we delivered on 3/On
4/30(more than 3o days past delivery date) the customer emailed that the car had scratches that were not previously thereWe emailed a response asking for pictures of the scratches no responseOn 5/we again emailed and left a voicemail asking for pictures of the scratches and again no response

This response is a complete fabrication of the truth! We submitted a insurance claim for within the thirty day period as well as pictures...I called them the minute the vehicle arrived and spoke with several people that day and several days following and we discussed the pictures, the driver the entire ordeal! I had an estimate drawn up which I emailed to them several times asking for a response, someone got the email and said they would forward it, and then after that all communication totally stoppedThe driver who damaged/totaled this collect car even told us that this happens a lot and he him self totaled a two-million dollar collector car through similar ways that our vehicle was damaged! A two-million dollar car! The driver said that, that customer had a hek of a time fighting that instance, I am not the only oneI think we are being very fair considering the other damages on other vehicles that we incurred through this CompanyI am pretty sure that there information they submitted to the Revdex.com is not reflective of the specific vehicle I made a complaint aboutAs I previously mentioned we have used this Company for many years and they have transported many vehicles for us, just in the last year there were a total of three vehicles that were damaged through transport all in a close time frame...this one was the worst, its totaled! The others I did not make a big fuss aboutI will be submitted all emails, insurance claim form and all pictures of the vehicle before and after transportI have also submitted a complaint with the State Attorney General and will continue to update that complaint with this informationI do not accept this response

This customer is walking a fine line when she states info about a million dollar loss which is absolutely ludicrous and false(defamation of character)We have been in business since and have an impeccable track record and have never experienced such a lossIn a recent claim she submitted we scratched a wheel that was Gold Plated and honored that claim to the tune of some *** plus dollarsThis car she is claiming was damaged she is claiming has a scratch which she has yet to submit the claim form or photos and further more refers to it as totaledWe request you please close this file due to claim Thank you
