Desoto Kennels is the best, most up-to-date, caring kennel I have yet seenDavid and Sue LIKE dogs, CARE about dogs, and know what they needHe is experienced in dog trainingHe has the skills necessary to let 10-dogs play together out in the two-acre yardMy dog comes home better behaved, having been socialized for a week, and tired out from playHe has a better time than we do, and I never have to worry about himI am a regular customer, and the other "regulars" will hate me for giving away our "best kept secret" kennel because they fill up so fast, and we'd rather be selfishBut that's very nice, is it?

I have used Desoto Kennels for boarding my dogs when I am out of town I started taking my dogs there shortly after he opened after a recommendation from one of my neighbors My dogs are always excited and happy upon arrival They like to stay with David W [redacted] , the owner He takes excellent care of my dogsThe dogs have large fenced areas to run, play, and socialize with other dogs David throws frisbee and balls with the dogs He gives them lots of attention They have a nice heated and cooled kennel but the dogs do not stay in the dog runs twenty four hours a day like they do at other places I have boarded my dogs I have used other places that I think my dogs were taken care of but no individual attention was given to them The dogs get lots of attention at Desoto Kennels David and Sue know the dogs by name I have never had any problems

I absolutely love this place, and so do my three big dogs (boxers and an English bulldog)We are loyal customers of Desoto Kennels, ranging from short weekend boarding to several weeks at a timeThe owner is a dog lover and we trust him completelyOur dogs get plenty of play time in the big fenced in yard and get plenty of interaction with other dogs

We have boarded our dogs here several times and always been secure that they are well cared for in clean and safe facilities

I have been using this boarding facility for over 5 years. Mr. David and his wife, Mrs. Sue, are phenomenal people. The kennel is very clean, ample space for our two dogs, tons of activities and for the dogs to run and play. Our dogs are always very well taken care of and love going. They bark and get so excited the moment we pull up his street! My husband and I trust Desoto Kennels and know when we are gone that our dogs are in great hands.
Great customer service, great family owned and operated kennel, great rates, great drop off and pick up hours. We love them!!! Highly satisfied.

We have been taking our dog to DeSoto Kennels for over 6 years now. David and Sue have been great with our dog. They always watch over the dogs keeping them safe, fed and exercised. The rooms where each dog sleeps are quite large with access to their own outside fenced in area. The dogs have also a large area to run and play outside when David comes to let them out several times per day. They only allow dogs which are dog friendly to play with each other. Dogs which are mean don't usually stay at Desoto Kennels so you can be assured your dog is safe. Our dog is always Happy to stay there and we feel very good leaving her for a week or even a day with them. You can be assured your loved one will be taken good care of and not caged up during their stay. Desoto Kennels is by far the best place we have taken our dog to.
