Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 5, 2015/08/28) */ Dear Revdex.com, I am responding to the August 24, 2015, Revdex.com letter notifying me of the above complaint On June 4, 2015, Mr [redacted] pre-paid $for a hour consultation which occurred on June 5, The actual consultation took less than an hour, but I agreed to conduct asset searches of the persons allegedly responsible for the harm suffered by Mr***, which were done and submitted by way of the June 5, email below I received further contact from Mr [redacted] on June 10, 2015, and responded by way of the June 10, email below I had already spent more that the hour the prepaid for, but as you can see, I was still offering to include more time looking at whether Mr [redacted] had a viable lawsuit, but have never heard further from Mr*** We are very generous with out time, and very conscientious in timely responding to clientsIn over years, I suspect this is the 1st claim filed with the Revdex.com [redacted] Dessy & Dessy, Initial Consumer Rebuttal / [redacted] (3000, 7, 2015/09/02) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) I hadcalled severl times sent emails and never recieved a response and as far as the serch that was done for assets he said wich he turned up nothing to go after wch is completely wrong but that is not the issue the issue is that I am capible of paying the hundred an hour up front and offered it but no response I belive he did not want the case so just a quick phone call and hundread dollars thats what I think if he did not want it then could have said so but instead nothing no emails no phone calls

than an hour, but I agreed to conduct asset searches of the persons allegedly responsible for the harm suffered by Mr. [redacted], which were done and submitted by way of the June 5, 2015 email below.
I received further contact from Mr. [redacted] on June 10, 2015, and responded by way of the June 10, 2015 email below.
I had already spent more that the hour the prepaid for, but as you can see, I was still offering to include more time looking at whether Mr. [redacted] had a viable lawsuit, but have never heard further from Mr. [redacted].
We are very generous with out time, and very conscientious in timely responding to clients. In over 30 years, I suspect this is the 1st claim filed with the Revdex.com.
