MY LG REFRIGERATOR stopped cooling the entire REFRIGERATORSO I made a Claim with Home Warranty of America and they sent Accel Home Maintenance LLC to my homeThe repairman was in my home for like mins and said that the problem was my control boardKeep in mind the repairman never removed the back to check the control boardSo Accel Home Maintenance LLC requested to Home Warranty of America to order the Control BoardA control board showed up after a week and it was the wrong control boardSo I contacted Accel Home Maintenance LLC and left a voice mail this was on a FridayNever heard back called again left another voice mailFinally I contacted Home Warranty of America and I explained the problemI gave representative the part number of my board and asked to please order and expedite since I don't a have REFRIGERATOR I received a phone call back from Home Warranty of America to verify my part numberThen I was told it was being order and then I was told it had shipped
Destin Health & Fitness incorrectly billed my account for a cancellation of membership feeAt no point did I sign, authorize or submit any notice of cancellation of my membershipWhen I called to speak to someone about getting this resolved, I was passed off multiple times with the continuous saying 'the only person that can help you is the owner'I left multiple messages for the owner to contact me about this unauthorized charge and at no point did the owner call to get this resolvedI then had to go to my bank to dispute the chargeThe owner treated me as if I did something wrong and was completely rude and disrespectfulTheir company is clearly in the wrong for cancelling a membership that was never 'cancelled' and charging my debit cardPoor customer service and unorganized business practices on all levelsSuggest the owner implement a better process of termination requirements and require customers to sign or submit something in writing moving forward to avoid this mess in the futureAfter weeks of trying to get this issue resolved and credited back, the owner agreed to issue a credit for their mistakeLooking forward to my contract end date with this business and will never refer them to anyone!!!
