Just got off the phone with C*** @ Bring Fido, who helped me save a lot of time & grief by booking several hotels (7) on a road trip I am taking with my pooch from CA to FL She was courteous, attentive, and even double-checked to make sure the distances I was driving each day were reasonable If I had to book these stays on my own would have taken much longer stars to C*** & Bring Fido
Tree and bush were cut downAll trash was to be removedDid not fulfill contract
Contract stated to remove one water oak, skyline all water oaks on driveway, hauling all trash away with no stumpsAfter repeated calls to Mr***, he said he was going to come take care of itHe did notHe then offered to bring $as a refund to pay for itAgain, he did notThis is the only resolution left to me short of bringing him to court
I was charged for a hotel twice through this company I have called them times in the past days to get one of the charges reimburst and they tell me they're waiting for the managerCalled the hotel and they tell me just today they got the first and only call from this company! While speaking to the manager she was laughing at me on the phone when I told her the hotel had already cancelled one of the charges
I booked this hotel via BringFido.com because my mom and I wanted to go to Monterey/Big Sur for MLK weekendMy mom is disabled and cannot walk up stairs (uses a cane and it is painful for her to walk up stairs); when I booked the room I specifically stated that we needed a ground room floorI was told by BringFido.com that they confirmed we had a ground floor room reservedWhen we checked in, we were given a 2nd level room and the manager on duty profusely apologized and said there was nothing she could do and all the other guests were checkinto ground floors and that we would have to wait and could be moved the next nightShe blamed BringFido.com and told us that no one from there left any notes on our account about a ground floor room
