I am more than happy to pay you for whatever you sent, but I need clarification on which book/books you actually sent to us. Naturally, I am not willing to pay for what we did not receive.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  I must apologize; my records were incorrect showing that I sold the books in the quote from reedy river to another company. I have rechecked my records and I see that I had sold the [redacted] book to another company. I sincerely apologize that was my mistake. I would like to be paid for the books that I sent to reedy river books. If any of the books have not been received, I would like to know which ones. To my knowledge they were all sent in one package so I am unsure as to why they were not all received at the same time.  Please let me know if any of the books were not received.
