We were initially contacted by Destination print with an introductory offer to accept two off brand toner cartridges for an HP P, a a gift card was promised for trying their product With weeks of receiving the initial two toner cartridges we received delivery of moreUpon contacting the salesperson we were informed that because we did not return the initial two trial toners ( even though we paid for them - they were not free) we were now bound to some sort of purchase agreement to accept more toner cartridgesThe agreement was never produced in writingWhen I complained I did not need any more I was told the last shipment would be final only and I had fulfilled my agreementonly to have more arrive via UPS! I admit that I was distracted by my work when these salespeople called and though I had not exchanged anything in writing they claimed that I had okayed additional shipments or they were certain I requested more toner
My advice to anyone dealing with this company is to only converse via email or in writing so it is clear what you are agreeing to and that you have a written correspondence to back it upIf they call yousay send me an email and hang upIt will keep you from being played for a fool

This company called me up to trial there toner cartridges I wanted to send them back since it was a trial They told me that I have to pay them 20% of the value of the toner cartridges plus shipping and handling I thought I was under the impression that this was a trial and if I did not like them to I could return them Unfortunate that was not the caseThese toner cartridges are not from the manufacture but a third party

Destination Print contacted our company and offered us a free trial of their productsHowever, they did not tell us that, if we did not approve of their products, we could send them back, and they would charge us a restocking feeNo, they did not charge us for the product, but they did charge this restocking fee for the productAfter calling multiple people at DPI, they finally agreed to not charge us the restocking feeThere was definitely miscommunication on both parties, but the customer service was sufficientThey were nice people over the phone I would be open to working with them again, but I would like to have a better experience with communication from their sales representatives

I seem to be having a similar experience as others. I was contacted by Destination with an offer for trial toners. I was told that they could be returned if we were not happy with them, or if we keep them we simply needed to pay for them. Either way I was to get a gift card for participating in the trial. The toners worked well, however the price was very high and we were not convinced that they lasted long enough to be worth the cost. Since we kept and used them we paid for them. Apparently by paying for them and accepting the gift card we somehow "accepted the balance of the promotional offer" and they sent a box of six more toners and invoiced us. When I called to straighten it out I was given a hard time, passed around a bit, then was told by a rep that she needed to have a supervisor call me because she felt insulted by me due to the fact that I told her this whole thing was starting to fell shady. I am currently awaiting a call from a supervisor.

As a customer I had no problem with the product or the sales rep. My Boss asked for a return because it was not a part of our vendor contracts. The rep. was very understanding and sent shipping return lables with no charge.

This company's refusal to accept a return of merchandise that they were unable to prove was ordered in the first place is deplorable. Stay away from any company that won't let you return something you did not order.
