As a customer I had no problem with the product or the sales rep My Boss asked for a return because it was not a part of our vendor contracts The repwas very understanding and sent shipping return lables with no charge
I seem to be having a similar experience as others I was contacted by Destination with an offer for trial tonersI was told that they could be returned if we were not happy with them, or if we keep them we simply needed to pay for themEither way I was to get a gift card for participating in the trialThe toners worked well, however the price was very high and we were not convinced that they lasted long enough to be worth the costSince we kept and used them we paid for themApparently by paying for them and accepting the gift card we somehow "accepted the balance of the promotional offer" and they sent a box of six more toners and invoiced usWhen I called to straighten it out I was given a hard time, passed around a bit, then was told by a rep that she needed to have a supervisor call me because she felt insulted by me due to the fact that I told her this whole thing was starting to fell shadyI am currently awaiting a call from a supervisor
This company's refusal to accept a return of merchandise that they were unable to prove was ordered in the first place is deplorable Stay away from any company that won't let you return something you did not order
