Destinations Medical Spa

I made an appointment for IPL thru my salon. Because they said it was a special, I had to provide a credit card to confirm pricing guarantee. I used an Amex Gift Card of $1000. I canceled the appointment several days early and they asked if I wanted to keep credit for a later appointment or have the funds returned. I said I wanted the funds returned. I never followed up and went to use the gift card a few months later and there was a zero balance, I have contacted this business no less than 10x and they confirmed I never had my appointment and said they would return the funds...it's been 4 weeks and now they will not return my calls.
