I am a DISABLED person, and got an insurance policy for my car and telling the person (***)that I get paid once a month and need auto insuranceI was told I could get a policy and I told the person(***)that it was paramount that it was understood I get paid once a month and need a payment date where I would not get late fee's(this was very important)The agent (***) assured me that I would NOT receive late payments if I paid it before the due dateThe policy started on 8-4-with a payment of $90.00, I paid my stated monthly payment of $on 9-7-2017, I called my agent (***) on 9-7-and told her I got a Notice dated 8-13-saying my balance due was $and she told me she would call the carrier and make sure that everything was ok...I NEVER received a call back from her and I thought it was resolvedI DID NOT receive a bill for October, but on 10-6-I made a payment of $my stated payment amount and then on Saturday 10-22-I received a

I had inquired about some car insurance for my vehicle, and decided to enroll with another insurance company, however Destiny Insurance has been billing me for $every two weeks When I try to call the number on the Internet it continuously rings, I can never get hold of ANYONE I need for this Insurance Company to STOP taking money out of my Checking account, which I did not authorize them to do

Review: The insurance agent raised my policy $26 with no warning right while we talked, after I called.to make a payment.. We talked foe ten minutes and she raised my rate in the meabwhile with no warning, typing away.... this cmpany has also confused me with another insurance recipient on at least three different occasions, including last minth, mixing my policy up with anither person with the same name.... having me insured for theur car abd vice versa.... ive been dealing with this firctwo years.... when I called to sort this out I was confronted with a customer service agent who kept trying to talk over me, literally talking AT THECSAME TIMECAS ME foyr times so that theyveouldntvhave to hear me.... im before ond frustrated... im enraged and sickened by this constant problem and the lack of care and prifessionalism.thecdece pop tion.... and the harng of personal infrmation with another person in anothercstate.... the danger of riding with invalid insurance for another person.... the risk of being incarcerated for dalse identity n fraud.... this is crazy abd ive been PUTTING UP WITH IT FOR TWO YEARS BECAUSE YOU CANT LIVE WITHOUT CAR INSURANCE IN AMERICA!Desired Settlement: Policy price dropped bacc where it was before it was changed with no warning and sanctions on the company for the mismanagement and sharing of my personal information wuth other customers/ sharing customer's accounts with each other n condmfusing clients with each other, endanering our freedom with the police on traffic stops

Review: ON FEBRUARY 28TH 2014 I CALLED BLUE NET AUTO INSURANCE TO START AN AUTO INSURANCE POLICY FOR MY TOYOTA COROLLA 2006. THEY ARE THE 3RD PARTY COMPANY THAT CHOOSE THE BEST POLICY FOR ME AND MY NEEDS LISTED AS 3 DIFFERENT COMPANIES, SO I AM NOT SURE WHICH ACTUAL COMPANY TO FILE A CLAIM AGAINST. MY BILLING SAYS FREEDOM NATIONAL, SAYS PRODUCER DESTINY INSURANCE ASSOCIATES (760) 512-0533, COMPANY ACCC INSURANCE COMPANY POLICY # [redacted]. I PAID ALMOST $200 TO START MY POLICY FOR 6 MONTHS OF AUTO INSURANCE WHICH WAS QUOTED WITH AUTO-PAY TO BE WITHDRAWL FROM MY BANK FOR $38.01/MO FOR 5 MORE MONTHS. SO MY INITIAL AUTO-PAY ON 3/28 WAS RETURNED FROM MY BANK FOR INSUFFICIENT FUNDS (WHICH WAS MY FAULT). ON 4/10/14 I RECEIVED A NOTICE MAILED THAT SAID $40.01 WAS DUE BY 4/22/14 BUT IF NOT PAID BY 5/5/14 YOUR POLICY WILL BE CANCELLED AND A CANCELLATION NOTICE WILL BE MAILED. SO ON 05/02/14 I CALLED THE PHONE NUMBER ON MY BILL FOR DESTINY INSURANCE ASSOCIATES AT 760-512-0533. SPOKE TO THE MANAGER AND THEY SAID MY POLICY WAS CANCELLED ON 4/14/14 AND COULD NOT BE REINSTATED AND TO RESTART THAT I WOULD HAVE TO PAY $148.00. I TOLD THEM I HAD THE $40.01 THAT WAS MENTIONED ON MY BILL AND THEY SAID THEY COULD NOT HONOR. I FEEL CHEATED, SCAMMED, LIED TOO, AND FALSE ADVERTISED TO. I FEEL MISLEAD, FRUSTRATED AND WONDER HOW MANY OTHER PEOPLE HAVE BEEN SCAMMED. A $40.00 POLICY TURNS OUT TO BE $350 FOR MARCH AND APRIL? THAT IS FALSE ADVERTISING AND I HAVE ALL MY MAIL NOTICES TO PROVE IT. IF NEEDED I CAN PROVIDE A PHOTO COPY. THE DUE DATE OF 05/05/2014 IS IN BOLD AS WELL AS $40.01 DUE??? I UNDERSTAND LATE FEES BUT HOW $40 JUMPS TO $148 I HAVE NO IDEA.Desired Settlement: I AM NOT REQUESTING A REFUND, I UNDERSTAND WITH SOME INSURANCE POLICIES THERE IS AN INTIAL START UP FEE THAT INCLUDES 1ST MONTH. I JUST WANT MY AUTO INSURANCE AT $40.01 OR EVEN 38.01 PER MO FOR 5 MORE MONTHS, WHICH WOULD BE MARCH 28 (2), APRIL 28TH (3), MAY 28TH (4), JUNE 28TH (5), JULY 28TH (6). I AM WILLING TO PAY $38 OR 40 FOR MARCH AND APRIL THAT IS PAST DUE PLUS A SMALL AMOUNT OF LATE FEES, WHICH I ASSUME WOULD BE LESS THAT $10 FOR EACH MONTH. PLEASE CONTACT THE COMPANY.
