Mr*** is telling a blatant lie I did not get involved until the bus arrived at the church with the girls, and was NOT at the pickup point for the girls, nor did I speak to anyone at his business until the driver arrived at the church dropoff location, and since he would not let the girls off the bus at the church until someone came up with $cash on the spot (initially he would not take a credit card), I was the only other adult in the area at that point in time
He knows his email to *** *** requested a credit card to hold the reservation, and of course he had the details only to allow him to accurately quote the job, not because we wanted him to do it His limo arrived at the pickup point minutes ahead of schedule and tried to get the girls to board early, thus scoring the pickup before the advance-deposit-contracted limo service arrived As far as his claim of harassment, since I was not getting any answer to phone calls during the days after this incident, I attempted calls at evening hours, knowing that these types of businesses operate sometimes late in the night When Mr*** angrily refused to discuss the matter and hung up on me on at least two occasions when I was trying to resolve the situation by phone, I must escalate the matter until we get a satisfactory resolution After your process is complete, I am looking at pursuing further options to remedy what I see is an unscrupulous business practice by Destiny Limo

We received a complaint from one
of our clients via Revdex.com with reference # given aboveMr*** *** has
complaint about charges that was in the agreement for using our serviceFirst,
he accused Destiny Limousine of trying to still another limo company’s business
which did not make sense because we already received all information from his
son in-law and we went by the reservation we had otherwise how would we know
they are getting married on such a day and time in Magnolia in fact we had all
the stops and contact names that the bus was supposed to makeThen he said his
son in-law only called to get a quote for limo bus serviceIn order to give a
quote we don’t require names phone numbers and all the details of the customer
Because his son in-law (Mr*** ***) he made an actual reservation with
us and Mr*** is only paying for his irresponsible son in-law’s actAfter
Mr*** booked a limo bus with providing all details for us, he booked
another limo bus with ACE limousine and he forgot to call us back and cancel
the reservation with usOn August 24th when my driver (***) arrived to
the pickup point he asked for money in advance which is our policy, they could
have told the driver that they have already paid and they could have told us we
are not the company they have booked the limousine with cause our company name
and logo is all over the bus but Mr*** insisted to take the guest to the
next stop and he will pay him at the drop off pointMr*** talked to me on
the driver’s phone and he stated because of the misunderstanding and we have
done part of the service he will only pay half of the agreed contract amount
which is $and as far as I am concerned this dispute was settled there
and thenIf they didn’t use my service I would not have charged them but they
did and he agreed to pay half of the amount for itEver since then he is been
harassing us with numerous phone calls made after hours and demanding refund
which I cannot refund cause he has used my service, in fact I could have asked
for the full amount but we came to a mutual agreement and we settled it for
$and I think this amount is not a high price to pay for his son in-law’s
mistakeAnd we didn’t receive any mail or email from Revdex.com until the one which
responded to weeks ago and we didn’t know we have a complaint with Revdex.com from
Mr*** otherwise we would have responded promptlyI have been providing
limousine and transportation service in City of Houston since and I never
had any complaints until nowPlease let us know if you need anything else
