Revdex.com assigned ID of [redacted] *** Dear Madam/Sir:I am responding to both of both these claims with one correspondence.Ms [redacted] is requesting a refund of $while Ms [redacted] is requesting $306.Ms [redacted] has endlessly tried to recover cash monies from [redacted] Cruise LineShe also contacted the media [redacted] “Don’t Waste Your Money “whom contacted [redacted] Cruise Line on their behalf only to be told the same thing .If they had insurance they could make a claim to receive a monetary refund [redacted] graciously gave them a Future Cruise Credit, all the others in the group received $Ms [redacted] stated they received an email informing them they have a credit of Per person.Ms [redacted] and Ms***s pricing was different because they refused Protection InsurancePer Person, minus FCC, minus Non-Refundable Deposit,minus Rescinded Commission because they did not have insurance .Per their receipt refundable amount determined at time of cancellationWe had determined their refund to be $ $per PersonMs [redacted] had been offered their refunded however I was told that she was letting her attorney handle it; I stated I would gladly work with her attorney however I never heard from an attorney until receiving a complaint from the Ohio Attorney General.We will gladly forward their refund to resolve this matter

The commission of $per person was rescinded at the time of credit from [redacted] Cruise because the individuals did not have insurance

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.We feel this is a bogus charge Destiny came up with to cover their inflation of the charge.  This charged only came up after we were made aware of how much money [redacted] received from Destiny.  The total amount [redacted] received from Destiny was $1292.08. They report providing us with a future cruise credit of $1138.00 which was the penalty and returned the taxes and fees of $154.08 to Destiny. After contacting [redacted] in regards to the rescinded commission fee, they are reporting they have never heard of this fee. [redacted] is looking into what Destiny is referring and plan to get back with us concerning this fee.  Therefore, more time is needed before we can accept Destiny's explanation. Regards,

Per person.Ms. [redacted] and Ms. [redacted]s pricing was different because they refused Protection Insurance.772 Per Person, minus 569.00 FCC, minus 50.00 Non-Refundable Deposit,minus 42.00 Rescinded Commission because they did not have insurance .Per their receipt refundable amount determined at time of cancellation. We had determined their refund to be $222.    $111.00 per PersonMs. [redacted] had been offered their refunded however I was told that she was letting her attorney handle it; I stated I would gladly work with her attorney however I never heard from an attorney until receiving a complaint from the Ohio Attorney General.We will gladly forward their refund to resolve this matter.
