This charged only came up after we were made aware of how much money [redacted] received from Destiny. The total amount [redacted] received from Destiny was $1292.08. They report providing us with a future cruise credit of $1138.00 which was the penalty and returned the taxes and fees of $154.08 to Destiny. After contacting [redacted] in regards to the rescinded commission fee, they are reporting they have never heard of this fee. [redacted] is looking into what Destiny is referring and plan to get back with us concerning this fee. Therefore, more time is needed before we can accept Destiny's explanation. Regards,

Per person.Ms. [redacted] and Ms. [redacted]s pricing was different because they refused Protection Insurance.772 Per Person, minus 569.00 FCC, minus 50.00 Non-Refundable Deposit,minus 42.00 Rescinded Commission because they did not have insurance .Per their receipt refundable amount determined at time of cancellation.
