Please accept this correspondence as the Company's response to the above referenced complaint filed by MsLamannaIn the Company's response to *** *** prior complaint(Case ID #I ***) we requested additional information regarding her allegations and offered complimentary movie passes as a
resolutionTo date the Company has not received anything further regarding her initial complaint, but received her new complaint this weekRegardless, as it appears she is amenable to accepting movie passes in resolution of her complaint(s), have enclosed six complimentary passes for *** *** to use on her future visits

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me I will accept movie passes at this timeI don't recall the dates of the movies but I can tell you the name of the two most recent movies this happened with - *** *** and *** ***.

First let me apologize for the delay in responding, we just recently received your letter.  Please note that we take all such complaints seriously and have investigated the facts and issues raised in the complaint. We apologize for our failure to meet Ms. [redacted]'s expectations...

during her visit, and appreciate the opportunity to respond. Both the movie showtimes posted on the Company's website and available for purchase at the box office are collected from a single system that houses all movies and showtimes. In order for us to investigate this further, we would like to request any additional information Ms. [redacted] is willing to provide it (i.e. dates, showtimes, movies, websites, etc.). A review of the current available movies and showtimes do not indicate any variances between the Company's website and box office. Regardless, our goal is always to strive to meet and exceed our guest's expectations and, as such, I am hopeful that Ms. [redacted] would accept some complimentary passes to provide us another opportunity to exceed her expectations.
