I would like to file a complaint with Parkway Apartments in West Lafayette, IN The apartments that I am staying inThey have been through about six different leasing agents, not sure how many maintenance employees The agents in the office and or management are lazy Every time my husband and/ or myself go into the office to ask for maintenance to be done in our bedroom, bathroom townhouseIt takes them two weeks to a month to have the maintenance show up at our placeLike yesterday the maintenance guy came in had been a month sense we had ask for maintenance to come fix our light in the kitchen, and put weather stripping around our doors He looks at the front door and said, what is going on with the doors I told him that air is leaking through the doors He said, that we should only worry about the front door, due to the north wind I said, well both doors are leaking air really badI was getting ready to tell him that it's run our electric bill up but, I messed up and told that it's too cold down in our living room and kitchen, that it's making us sick, that I'm sick now with a coldPlease help us Then he said, he would be right back With the weather stripping He never showed up after he leftWe've had to call the police on our neighbors, for their load music They never catch them, and the office won't do anything about it We both have to work, we have two children in school, we need to be able to sleep at nightThey play their music every night starting at pm and it would last until amMany of time it was so load we could hear it fifty to fifty five feet awayNothing was done about itThese apartments are run down, old and drafty
