Review: I purchased a voucher for 2 auto details from Detail America at [redacted]. After receiving the vouchers my wife scheduled an appointment for service. They did not show up for the appointment and then did not respond to repeated phone messages and emails over several months. I am now left with 2 vouchers that are not able to be used due to their non-responsiveness.Desired Settlement: I would like my $118 payment refunded for both vouchers.
