Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint [Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.] Regards, While San Felipe Square did change the fence stain color once (for which the vendor was compensated $1,000), the delays I am referring to are the amount of time it took to get the fencing stained once a color was chosen (vendor was provided revised stain color on 1/30/and the fence was stained on 3/6/14) Additionally, the vendor was advised on 3/23/that there were still some minor issues with the fence that needed to be addressed, and the vendor did not complete all of them until 8/29/14, over five months later One of those issues was how two mirrors were installed incorrectly on the fence for a period of time (which created a safety hazard for our residents due to the lack of visibility around building corners), then the vendor returned to the property and partially corrected the problem by fixing one mirror, but then removed the other from the property altogether on 8/11/ It did not reappear until 8/29/ While I contacted the vendor numerous times via email and phone over the course of several months trying to get an explanation as to why we could not get the issues corrected, I could not get a straight answer and was not given any expectation as to when they would be corrected Also, I made it clear to the office staff and the workers that were on the property on 8/29/that I did not want additional holes drilled in the fence due to the initial incorrect installation of the two mirrors Not surprisingly, there are additional holes in the fence picket that one of the mirrors is attached to I find it interesting that the vendor returned to the property on 8/29/14, which was nine days after I submitted the complaint to the Revdex.com on 8/20/ I wonder if the vendor would have returned to complete this project if I hadn't filed the complaint Lastly, the vendor continued to send us copies of the final invoice for this project between 3/6/(the invoice date) and current requesting payment, and we continued to request the work to be completed before any payment was made I have copies of emails documenting all of the above Due to all of the aggravation and time spent on our part (me personally and our management company representatives) trying to get the vendor to return to complete this project, I request that the vendor waive the final invoice in the amount of $1,

Regards,
While San Felipe Square did change the fence stain color once (for which the vendor was compensated $1,000), the delays I am referring to are the amount of time it took to get the fencing stained once a color was chosen (vendor was provided revised stain color on 1/30/14 and the fence was stained on 3/6/14).  Additionally, the vendor was advised on 3/23/14 that there were still some minor issues with the fence that needed to be addressed, and the vendor did not complete all of them until 8/29/14, over five months later.  One of those issues was how two mirrors were installed incorrectly on the fence for a period of time (which created a safety hazard for our residents due to the lack of visibility around building corners), then the vendor returned to the property and partially corrected the problem by fixing one mirror, but then removed the other from the property altogether on 8/11/14 .  It did not reappear until 8/29/14.  While I contacted the vendor numerous times via email and phone over the course of several months trying to get an explanation as to why we could not get the issues corrected, I could not get a straight answer and was not given any expectation as to when they would be corrected.
Also, I made it clear to the office staff and the workers that were on the property on 8/29/14 that I did not want additional holes drilled in the fence due to the initial incorrect installation of the two mirrors.  Not surprisingly, there are additional holes in the fence picket that one of the mirrors is attached to.
I find it interesting that the vendor returned to the property on 8/29/14, which was nine days after I submitted the complaint to the Revdex.com on 8/20/14.  I wonder if the vendor would have returned to complete this project if I hadn't filed the complaint.
Lastly, the vendor continued to send us copies of the final invoice for this project between 3/6/14 (the invoice date) and current requesting payment, and we continued to request the work to be completed before any payment was made.
I have copies of emails documenting all of the above.
Due to all of the aggravation and time spent on our part (me personally and our management company representatives) trying to get the vendor to return to complete this project, I request that the vendor waive the final invoice in the amount of $1,500.
