email that Mr [redacted] wrote. I contacted Mr [redacted] the same day and he was very rude, and would not give me any information about the roofing or the issues he had complained about. Although the roof was out of warranty, [redacted] did not want to have any disgruntled clients. He sent myself and a crew, 4hrs each way, to take care of any issues we found. We were able to contact and meet with the original contractor and spent a day doing routine maintenance. I was not aware of any other ongoing issues. I consulted with [redacted] this morning and he said that Mr [redacted] had contacted him recently about an issue. [redacted] had informed Mr [redacted] that his roof was out of warranty but that he would be happy to give him an estimate to take care of any maintenance issues. [redacted] did not hear back from Mr [redacted] until he received the Revdex.com letter Monday morning. (7.11.16)
