We do have a record and open ticket for this customer's reported issue, however it is currently pending his email statement of the damages and receipt of photos of the damaged items (we have yet to receive from him)The item he ordered was drop shipped directly from *** to
his address, and they require a written statement (email) of damages from the consignee to proceed with a claimTo date, we have not received any additional correspondence from the customerHe was advise by phone to email this information to ***
If the customer would like to send a statement of the damages along with photographs of the condition when received, we would be glad to assist in a timely resolution

Review: On December 2, 2013, I purchased a Shop-Vac Professional 16 Gallon 3.0 HP Wet/Dry Vacuum item # [redacted] from Detailing.com. The order arrived on December 9, 2013. The vacuum contained scratches and dusty. Also, items were scattered throughout the box as if the vacuum was used. [redacted] of Detailing.com was notified and advised to sent photographs of the item. Photographs were sent. I never heard anything regarding the return or any type of compensation. He advised that the account would be notated. I don't know if the person that I spoke with was really [redacted], because according to the reference link below on rippoffreport.com, "[redacted] seems to be the common name provided when you ask whom you are speaking with."
