I found a *** on ***, the ad stated: "ice cold AC, brand new tires, new brakesrotors and pads". I bought it on Saturday, 4.18.20 for *** I drove it home. No A/C. Noticed grinding noise. Upon closer inspection, I noticed the brakes had not been replaced, and were not new. I contacted him on Monday 4.20.20. He called me back. Nothing was resolved. I estimate parts will cost *** - rotors, brakes, calipers, everything.
THE CUSTOMER TEST DROVE THE VEHICLE PRIOR TO BUYING.. WHY WAS IT NOT AN ISSUE THEN. HE THE CALLED MY SALES PERSON. WE OFFERED TO REPAIR VEHICLE. DECLINED

In the add it stated that the truck had new brakes, as you can see from the picture of the brakes the truck did not have new brakes. I had to replace brake pad, rotors, and calipers speed sensors. I have attached the receipts for the purchased parts. I called and spoke to the sales person where I purchased the vehicle and he said that he would call me back,he never returned my call to rectify this problem. I left several messages for a return call and tried to reach him through his Facebook messenger and received no response. He has now blocked my number and blocked me from his Facebook messenger. I have more pictures that I could not attach.
Almost a month ago I made a deal with the so-called owner so we said. He promised to take my 07 Buick Lucerne loaded for $1,800 trade in on a $3,999 04 Silverado red single cab four-wheel drive 4.8 V8 with 95000 miles. We agreed.

His assistant was there I gave him the lowdown on everything that was agreed upon showed him the car. I signed a paper about GAP and he said everything would come by mail. I got the catalog in the mail. No regular title just memorandum and a stack of papers that would choke a clydesdale. He FINANCED me for a $6350.00 truck marked $3999 on the window. I have to make $251.00/month payments for 51 months until $14,148.45 is paid for???
What kind of shady stuff is that?
Am I stuck in this truck until I die?
Are they taking it back and cleaning up the huge mistakes?
I don't mind being TOTALLY without a vehicle as long as it doesn't jack up
my name or credit.
