Mr***, When you took possession of the keys and the house, you accepted the house as completedI did meet with you that day and asked for a punch list, (which you could not decide on) even after completing items on a previous list that my company considers punch list items. My company has gone through many detailed punch lists throughout the build process and after completion to please you, the customerAnd any of the design concerns that you have mentioned should have been mentioned during construction, or should have been addressed during installation, when it may have been possible to consider alternatives, and not "down the road” in the build process, or after completion All the windows and doors including the garage door to house that you referred to was approved by you and marked on the build plan at the *** meeting with the sales representative; and installed months before the completion of your homeIf you send my company an abbreviated list of items or concerns, I will reviewSincerely, *** *** President RPO Construction Inc

complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.The response received from the Builder matches his actions to resolving the remaining items to complete the work he agreed to do. The Builder is not attempting to resolve the poor workmanship, the unauthorized design changes, the reimbursement of authorized deletions and continues to ignore a "closing" our agreement. I do not accept the response made by the business to resolve this complaint.
