Review: I placed an order on October [redacted] and as of October [redacted] I have received no email or telephone confirmation of delivery. I have tried to call this company multiple times and the phone just rings and rings and rings, never answered. One number on their website is disconnected. I just want what I ordered or my account credited so that I can buy from someone that wants my order.Desired Settlement: Delivery of order or credit to my account so that I can buy from someone that answers their phones.

I still was unable to speak to the business directly via their phone number but the package did arrive. I have no idea why a customer can not communicate with this customer but I do have what I ordered.

Review: On Sept. **, 2013, I ordered 2 containers of shaving cream from Details for Men. The total of my order was $36 which entitled me to free shipping. I ordered my items online and the transaction has already appeared on my credit card statement.

As of today, Oct. *, 2013, I have not received my order. I have emailed them twice and attempted to call them at least twice. They do not answer their phone and they haven't replied to my emails.Desired Settlement: I want them to ship my order. If my items are on back-order then I want them to contact me and tell me if and when they will be available. If my items are not available then I request a refund.

I didn't realize it but Details for Men canceled my order without notifying me. A simple email from them would have sufficed. I have already received a credit. Please do not pursue this complaint.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved.
