Review: I went into the store to see their "Grand Opening". Upon walking it seemed to be the old store just with additional items. I shopped around for a bit until I saw three items I wanted. I proceeded to the check out. The "[redacted]" behind the counter was helping someone with an application I waited until she was but she decided to help me and her at the time. That was rude not worst thing but rude. After she gave me the receipt, I noticed a hole in the shirt. The signs posted stated you can only get store credit, which was fine. I shopped around some more found an item I liked. Upon going to the register I informed the "[redacted]" by saying Customer (me): I did not see this hole in the shirt, may I have store credit for it?" Mangaer: "NO I cant Me: The sign says store credit , I would just like the credit for the item. [redacted]: This is a new store, that is not our exchange policyMe: Okay, well you should take that down it is misleading to the customer[redacted]: OkayManger: ::rude blank stare::Me: May I speak to the [redacted]: I am the [redacted]Me: So there isnt anything you can do? I didnt even leave the store?[redacted]: NoI walk away and I get on my phone and the [redacted] assumes I am talking about her and " [redacted] if you wanna talk [redacted] say it to my face" I took the high road and left.When looking at my receipts they have to different addresses on it and two different companies on it. Will never go into this store again!Desired Settlement: I would like an apology from the "[redacted]" and a refund for my purchase.
