Here at Detailz we are an appointment only service. With that being said. We charge a $25 rescheduling fee. This particular customer was scheduled for a 9am appointment. He did not call until 11am the same morning to say that he needed to reschedule. All customers from Groupon are aware that failing...

to come in for their scheduled appointment does result in forfeiture of the promotional value listed. Unfortunately we are no longer doing sales with Groupon and can no longer honor vouchers. Groupon is issuing a refund to all customer still holding a voucher.
