Hello, We did not sent the wrong batteries.We sent exactly the same batteries that were ordered.The problem is that the ordered batteries were for different applicationUnfortunately for everyone [redacted] placed an order online without consulting with us and he ordered a particular set of batteries without knowing the correct model number for his application and ended up with different batteries.The order was executed properly and we delivered what was orderedThe refund will be issued as soon as we receive the incorrect batteries.Since it was just ordering the incorrect part number we will not be able to cover the shipping cost backIf the mistake was on our end we would have take full responsibility
