We definitely apologize for this experience. Detox Organics recently encountered a shortage, and missed deadlines from our manufacturer, who supplies us with the Detox supplement. In addition to this shortage, we have seen a huge increase in email traffic, and unfortunately only have one customer...

service person to handle all incoming traffic. Combining this increased traffic with an even higher obvious traffic level from Detox Organics customers inquiring about their back ordered shipments, and needless to say we have been a bit overwhelmed. That said, I have been personally corresponding with this particular customer back and forth beginning on October 9, 2017. Through emails I have been sharing updates on when a restocking shipment was expected. Unfortunately there were a couple changes to this deadline, which I also shared with the customer. We ended up having our last email correspondence on October 17, 2017 when we refunded the full amount back to the customer's card. I/we completely understand the customer's feelings on this matter. It certainly was not our intention to leave anyone feeling ignored, forgotten, or taken advantage of. We pride ourselves on delivering the very best to our customers, and we sincerely apologize this instance did not work out better. We are working on ways to ensure our supply line remains clear and open so that in the future we do not run into situations like this. Also, within a short amount of time we will be expanding our team to compensate for the increase in traffic and growth of Detox Organics/Morellifit.Sincerely,Ben
