Non delivery of products.On June 8, 2015 I placed an order for 2 [redacted] products. I received a message on June 9th from the company stating that the shipment has been mailed. Since I am no further than 30 minutes from this company, it should have taken no longer than two days to reach me. I have had problems with this company in the past where I waited a month before I received my products and this was after I reported them to [redacted]. I wanted to give them the benefited of-a- doubt and try them again. Needless to say, I am very sorry that I did but, I will not be making that mistake again.I have tried calling and emailing but like always there is never anyone there to answer or return your calls. Ordered products in January. Never received them and want refund.I placed an order for 2 insane amps bee pollen & 2 extreme weight loss on January 15, 2016 for $136.84. It is now April 9, 2016 and yet to received my product. I received an email on Feb 10, 2016 saying it will be reshipped. Have not received anything. I emailed this company several times with no other response. Sent a message on [redacted]. Received response that it will be reshipped and still nothing. I tried to place an order on Nov. 12, 2013 and was unable to complete online. I was promised assistance that never arrived.I tried calling but the same thing always happens, they take name and number but no one returns your call. I tried emailing and actually received a response from the owner stating that she apologized for the inconvenience and would manually enter the order in the system and would send me a secure link where I can enter payment information. I responded within the hour and never received anything. I tried calling and nothing. I emailed more than 5 times and nothing. I have recommended over 4 clients to this company and have heard complaints from all of them regarding shipping and customer service. I assured them I never had a problem... until now of course. It is quite a shame since its actually a great product. The order I was placing was actually for a potential 6th customer. A product with these results should really have better customer service. It seems as if they dislike giving discounts. If that's the case, stop advertising discounts and codes and then set it up so that it is practically impossible to use the code. Its a good product for the price, but if you're going to advertise a sale, then you should honor it and stand behind your name. I'm very disappointed to say the least. I placed an order on 10/28/13. I received an email saying my order had shipped on 10/31/13 with a tracking number. I have not received the products.I placed my order on October 28, 2013. I received an email from Detox Transforms on October 31, 2013 saying that my order had shipped with a tracking number for USPS. I have not received my order so I called the post office and they said they have not received the package only a tracking number. I paid for 3 day shipping on this product. I have called numerous times and only get an off sit receptionists that says they will take my name and number and have someone call me back. I have left several messages and no one has returned my call.Desired SettlementDetox transforms either needs to ship my product or refund my money. They should not be taking peoples money if they are not going to ship their products. I ordered step #2 of the detox pills on February 20, 2014. My debit card was charged at that time. I continue to check website to see when my order would be shipped. it continue to say I never placed an order, but my debit card was charged in the amount of $37.36 for the pills. I contacted the number provided XXXXXXXXXXX two times and was told someone would contact me.No one never ocntacted me on the third day I was provided a different number XXXXXXXXXXX and was told the same thig. I asked for a corporate number and was told they only have two number to provide me with. At this point I am about to contact five on your side news to report this as well as contacting you all. It is not fair to sell a product then take people money and they never receive product. I have notice the address that was provided that this item would be shipped from has the same address but two different suite numbers. As of today 2/27/14 five days from today if I do not receive a refund or my product I will have the news team five on your side to handle this and make others aware of this scam. (Friday orders are processed on Monday). I have not recvd the product that I ordered 2/17. I cannot get ahold of the company by email, calling or texting.I ordered the product and paid for it in full 57.59 on 2/17. On 2/18 I recvd an email stating 24-48 hours to for processing and 1-5 day for delivery. On 2/24 it says a preshipment label has been made. . I have tried to call several times and you NEVER get anyone. I have tried texting like it says on the recording while your on hold. I have yet to receive a response from that. Also I send emails and it says " If you have emailed our company and have not received a response our Detox Transforms email servers have crashed. We attempted to recover all emails but we were unsuccessful. Please contact us at [redacted] for immediate assistance. " When I emailed that address I got the same response from it. All I want to know is when they are sending me the product or when they are refunding my 57.59 I paid. Thank you for your help. Desired SettlementI need help gettin gmy delivery or refund. I ordered $135 worth of product of this distributor and have yet to receive a call or the product. I placed order [redacted] on 2/26 and the $135 was immediately taken out of my account. Later I e-mailed [redacted]@detoxtransforms.com asking to cancel it due to the fact the product wouldn't be in stock until 2/28. I called their main line XXX-XXX-XXXX on 2/27 to speak with someone regarding my order and was told someone would call me back. I have yet to receive that call. Later that day I received an e-mail saying my product had been shipped (tracking ## XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX), which I don't understand how if the product I ordered wouldn't be in stock until 2/28. So I reached out again by e-mail and phone on 2/28 to only never receive an e-mail back and to be told someone would call me back, they had no other person to direct me to and they were basically just an answering service when [redacted] (the owner) didn't answer her phone. I wrote another e-mail pleading for someone to answer me back regarding my order just to let me know what is going on. I even told them I didn't mind keeping the order just let me know the status of the order. I still didn't get an answer. I decided to visit her location in hopes of talking to someone only to find out the store front doesn't exist. It's a [redacted] bank. Frustrated I reached out to [redacted] on facebook and STILL haven't received an answer. It is now 3/12 I still have yet to talk to anyone regarding my order nor have I received the product. If you check the tracking ## on the [redacted] website it doesn't even say the item has been shipped out. So now here I am out of $135, no answer and no product. I have reached out to this company in various ways and I am being treated like a bill collector. I am outraged, frustrated and upset. This is NO way to conduct business especially when you have credited someone's account for a product they have yet to receive. If simple customer service can not be provided then I don't understand why Detox Transforms is even in business. Not to mention this isn't the first time I've had an issue with [redacted] and her business. This is the first time I've gone this long without ANY response, no product and my account credited. Order was updated with shipping information that has not been delivered. There has been no indication of there is even a product to be shipped or not.When ordering the product, there was no notice that the supply was not available, so I placed my order. I called about and a product and received no information or call back. I placed an order and no product delivered. I called this company to inquire about a specific product the ANSWERING SERVICE took a message. Noone returned my call. I placed an order on February 14,2014 and as of 3/4/14 I have not received no product. I have called several time and each time I leave a message with the ANSWERING SERVICE. After one of the messages the receptionist said that I would receive a return call before 6:00 that day and as of yet. 2 weeks late and plaenty of before sixes. I have note received a call yet. I am totally disgusted with this companies customer and will tell as many people that I know who use to product to stop and also website where I know people read the reviews. I called 6 times and their phone number XXX-XXX-XXXX doesn't go to them its an answering service, and nobody would call me back. So I started to email the company again and was promised another next day delivery which never happened. I called again , and again, no response. So I emailed again asking for a refund and the response I received was vague, they said they sent the product and I will get it soon, and if they refund me it will be 4-5 business days. Still haven't received either. On 04/11/2014 - I received the client email stating that she had not received the product. (04/12/2013) When I made the statements I did not realize that the shipping department had printed all of the orders for that day and would not be able to send the clients items out until 04/14/2014. On 04/14/2014 - I received an email from the client stating that she had not received the product. I replied immediately letting her know that I will handle it for her personally. I then printed, packaged, and personally hand delivered the package to the United States Postal Service and they scanned it as Accepted. I then returned to my office to find another email from the client asking how I would handle it. I replied letting her know that the package was being sent and transmitted the tracking information to the client and re-uploaded the tracking information into the clients order and send an email from our systems. On 04/15/2014 we received another email from the client asking for the tracking information. I generated another email to the client showing the tracking information from our tracking system. On 04/16/2014 at 10:49am we received an email from the client stating that she will open a Revdex.com case and contact her attorney if we do not issue a refund by 9:00am on 04/17/2014. As a measure of good faith we issued the client a refund (at 1:52pm) and sent her two emails. One email contained the information showing that we issued a credit to the clients credit card on file. The second email advised the client that we issued the refund and to allow 2-3 business days depending on her financial institution for the credit appear in her account. After issuing the refund we checked the USPS database and their records show the package being delivered on 04/16/2014 at 10:39am.We wish the client much success on her weight loss journey and appreciate her feedback.Consumer Response Good morning,Thank you so much for following up with the Revdex.com.
