My sister and I were very pleased with the care provided for our mom by Detring Home Health CareSince we do not live in the same city, it was important to us to have someone who followed through with what we arranged, kept in touch, responded to texts and phone calls in a timely manner, and gained the trust and confidence of our mom Detring provided attentive care to my mom for part of her daily routine Detring staff were flexible and able to add some additional time on limited notice when our mom could not be left alone The staff truly seemed to care about my mom and do the best they could to meet her needs

We couldn't have been more happy with Lynne of Detring Home Health Care Services, LLC! My mother-in-law, Fran, was in need of home health care as my husband and I work and couldn't be there in the capacity she needed on a daily basis in our home Lynne took care of Fran's personal needs, as well as any extra requests such as changing her bedding, laundry, etc Lynne administered Fran's medications on a timely basis and as needed for pain Lynne served Fran lunch, snacks, and even went the extra mile of sitting with Fran while she ate so Fran had someone to talk to Fran has since passed away, but I will always remember how Fran called Lynne her "angel"

My family and I first employed Detring Home Health Care around for our ailing mother They would come to our parant's home several hours a day to attend to our mother As our mother's health continued to fail they were available for as long as needed Near the end they were providing nearly round the clock care This was a tremendous help to my father, who was in his 90s and also relieved much of the worry from myself and my siblings Our mother passed away on July 08, and Detring Home Health Care was very helpful and sympathetic until the end
Our father's health soon began to deteriorate and Detring was again there to help First just a few hours a day and now they provide hour care The women who attend to our father feel more like caring friends then employees They treat him with the utmost respect and dignity Our mother and father's biggest fear was having to go to a nursing facility Thanks to Detring they are and were able live out their lives in their own home where they have lived for over years Our mother, although her health was failing, was very content and happy to be in her own homeOur father is the exact same wayHe is content and happy to be in his own home and we thank Detring for the fine care they are providing our father and did provide our mother
I would highly recommend Detring Home Health Care to anyone who may find themselves in need of such services We were unsure we would be able to afford this type of individual care We found Detring Home Health Care to be very affordable I would recommend anyone check with Detring before deciding on a more expensive home health care or a nursing facility I am sure you will be pleasantly surprised by how caring, professional and affordable they are

The staff truly seemed to care about my mom and do the best they could to meet her needs.

Detring-Vollmer is the best; I used four other agencies before finding them. My mother is 99 years old and is able to stay at home with their 24-hour assistance. Detring-Vollmer hand-selected caregivers to be compatible with Mom and who love her cat as well!

They are the most affordable agency I've found and the most reliable and acccountable (with on-going evaluations). Mom's quality of life has been wonderful because of their service!

I would like to give a very positive review for detring home health care. Lynne is a godsend for my 93 yr. old mother. She is very trustworthy and friendly. After giving my mother a bath and exercising her and playing cards with her, she asked "What else can I do, helping is what I'm here for?. So she did housework on her own. My mother loves her. Thumbs up!!
