We have had problems collecting for services we have provided when the client knew that the insurance company did not pay in full what we chargedNumerous times the client agreed to make payments for the balance after the check from the insurance company submitted a paymentThe insurance company told us that they have never denied us paymentsHowever, the check went to the client, so we really don't knowThere were communications between the client and [redacted] , the owner, and each time [redacted] orally communicated that she would make paymentsIf she didn't know that there was a balance after services were terminated, why after sending her a statement did she make a $payment towards the $balanceThe balance at that time was $I am the administrator and communicated to [redacted] several times we needed monthly payments, or else I would send it to a collection agency [redacted] went above and beyond her services catering to ***'s needs [redacted] informed her that she could no longer afford our services, so services stopped [redacted] has made one effort towards the balance, but then stoppedWe are just trying to collect for time and energy that we have put in to satisfy ***'s needs [redacted] has made comments that her insurance company was worthless, however, her insurance company told us they never denied paymentWe are in the middle, and don't appreciate being told that we charged for services that never happenedWe accomodated [redacted] and what she needed done for a yearOur mistake was continuing services when [redacted] clearly wasn't going to make paymentsShe did make $payments, maybe twicePlus the $payment recently.Tell us why here

told us that they have never denied us payments. However, the check went to the client, so we really don't know. There were communications between the client and [redacted], the owner, and each time [redacted] orally communicated that she would make payments. If she didn't know that there was a balance after services were terminated, why after sending her a statement did she make a $50 payment towards the $733.75 balance. The balance at that time was $783.75. I am the administrator and communicated to [redacted] several times we needed monthly payments, or else I would send it to a collection agency. [redacted] went above and beyond her services catering to [redacted]'s needs. [redacted] informed her that she could no longer afford our services, so services stopped.  [redacted] has made one effort towards the balance, but then stopped. We are just trying to collect for time and energy that we have put in to satisfy [redacted]'s needs. [redacted] has made comments that her insurance company was worthless, however, her insurance company told us they never denied payment. We are in the middle, and don't appreciate being told that we charged for services that never happened. We accomodated [redacted] and what she needed done for a year. Our mistake was continuing services when [redacted] clearly wasn't going to make payments. She did make $40 payments, maybe twice. Plus the $50 payment recently.Tell us why here...
