flooding as well. Speaking of flooding I am assuming that something that has had water issues for years (which S[redacted] stated in his response) there must be some kind of mold that has had to have grown over the years. Which could be why I tend to get sick once we turn our furnace on for the first few weeks of the year. Also I mentioned an enclosed porch that we have that we have used for storage since...well flooding issues. Years ago S[redacted] came and took all of the screens to the enclosed porch to be repaired for holes and such. We have never had the screens put back in and he has since had one of his workers put boards along the windows so we can't open them Not tom mention two large windows in the main bedroom that we have never been able to open. He also mentioned that he was unaware of the draining issues we have been having. As per my original email I honestly do not think he is getting any of our complaints sent t him. He also stated they were here 4 weeks ago and that is also not the case. The guys he sent to dig up the yard were here several months ago. I am not asking for much I am just tired of having issues ignored and not addressed. We have also had several requests for Mr S[redacted] to come down and talk to us so we can address these issues but once again we are either being ignored or he has not heard that we wanted to speak with him.
