[redacted] submitted a complaint about a birthday party experience for her son that upset herWe have been in contact with [redacted] and we have cleared up the problem and resolved the issueMany of the inconsistencies and misunderstandings which she had complained about were a result of her not contacting us and of us not having a phone number to reach herThe phone number we had for her was incorrect and we had no way of contacting [redacted] , and she never contacted usIt was only through the Revdex.com that we were able to finally reach out to herWithin minutes of the conversation she explained that she has been coming to Buckeye her whole life, both her parents worked here and this is where they met, and that Buckeye was a big part of her lifeHer experience on a very busy Saturday,when her party was squeezed in at the last minute to accommodate her schedule, left her feeling angryWe had explained to her when she called to book the party that the day she wanted was already full, there was a tournament and four birthday parties already scheduledAt her persistence, however, we squeezed her inThe food did not arrive late, we make everything fresh and to order, so it takes a little longerThe hot dog buns were fresh and delivered that day, we butter and grill them because that is how most of our customers prefer them, but she mistook that as "stale." Our pizzas are delivered fresh daily by [redacted] s Pizza in Olmsted Falls and baked fresh on premise in our special ovensWe are very proud of the quality of our foodShe was right that she did have to share a birthday party hostess, as her party was a last minute change, and that upset her, as well as that her guests arrived late and at different times, which meant that the latest arrivals were not able to finish their gamesI personally helped the late arrivals get their shoes and balls and get on the lanes as quickly as possible, but some of them arrived so late it was impossible to bowl two full gamesThe guests who arrived on time finished bowling their games with time to spareWe were happy to offer [redacted] the opportunity to bring all of the birthday party kids back to Buckeye to bowl again at no charge, and we know that [redacted] has a strong connection to Buckeye and has very high expectations of us, which we are happy to uphold
