When I purchased this item I was not told it would be damaged or that their could not be no returns or refunds even on their website at the bottom it has orders and returns but when you click on it you have to log in and their is no way to submit a return they only attached a disclaimer with my receipt after the purchase but even then didn't say the item was damaged I didn't sign for this package it wasn't double boxed and they didn't have enough insurance to cover the cost of the item but this item wasn't damaged during shipping it was damaged before shipping and in some of their documents they sent me it says as much that if it was damaged before shipping file a claim with the post office after I received the item I tried to return it online it wouldn't let me I tried for two days the third day I called they told me no returns to file a claim with the Post Office I did that's when I found out they didn't have it insured enough and the claim was denied that's when I contacted them again and they acted like I had just contacted them this company is deceitful go online yourself and see they are misleading!

It appears that the buyer disputes my attached documents and statements. The buyer never called our officesThe buyer only sent one email and1/weeks after the signed for deliveryThe attached documents are postedon the stores site as well as on the Order Acknowledgement sent to thebuyer prior to shippingThe Revdex.com performs its procedures as a back andforth communication network, but at this time we consider the matterclosed and there is no need for further communications as we haveresponded with written and documented facts and fulfilled our obligation. Both the Cookie Jar Store trade name and Bella Mia, Inchost have ourfinal statement here in with copies once again of the documents provided.(attached)
