I am writing to reiterate that on Nov11, *** *** and I resolved our issues regarding his resume and cover letter services. His was a misunderstanding in working with a writer who uses contracts and the terms of the contracts. We held his Information-gathering interview on Nov9, and
he provided details relating to his resume for me to create the draftHis draft is in process at this writing and will be delivered today per an oral agreement made between us during our earlier Conversation. I've extended every professional courtesy to Mr*** and even offered him a refund, which he refusedHis materials will be delivered today, which is the 10th business day from our information-gathering interview so compromise or lack of customer service has been encountered.Mr*** told me he would withdraw his complete following our conversation on NovI was under the assumption that he had, thus no further information was forwarded to Revdex.com regarding this matterIt was resolved amicably by phone with the client so no need to expand upon it with you All other correspondence relating to this initial email from *** was for *** ***, another client who is currently being reviewed by my legal counsel. Thank youI need to get back to Mr***'s materials at this time.***

Dear ***,I’m writing in response to the ongoing complaint against Hamilton Writing Services by *** ***, Complaint #***Let me address each of her issues individually. Ms*** and I met for her free consultation Feb1, When sending her an automated appointment reminder, I misspelled her nameLater in an email, I called her ***I apologized to her for both of these issues but apparently she has not accepted that apologyMany times I’m working multiple projects at one time and have several clients named *** and ***In addition, when Ms*** sent me emails, she didn’t identify herself and her email address only states *…***It was difficult to know which client she wasAgain, I apologize for not spending the time to locate her file and get her exact name and spelling. Ms*** mentioned at her free consultation she wanted a functional resumeI highly discouraged this and stated in the Sacramento area these formats do not provide results for the job searcherI’ve interviewed hundreds of Sacramento recruiters, employers and hiring managersEach said they do not want a functional resume but a more comprehensive format that shows exactly where experience and accomplishments are attainedThis client acknowledged this information and led this write to believe she accepted this and would accepted what I provided for her. Functional resumes are also noted for covering holes in employment history, hiding experience or required skills desired by the potential employer, and raise red flags and suspicions among hiring managers and employersMany job seekers say companies have rejected functional formats requiring rewritesTo ensure this client obtained the best opportunity for an interview, I said I would provide a comprehensive resume not a functional formatThe former was provided to her. This client signed her client contract on Feb3, I’ve provided a copyThe designated deadline for her IT resume is clearly written within scope of work as a 5-business-day delivery following completion of her Feb3, personal strategy sessionHer IT resume draft was delivered on time per this designated deadline. Because of the time sensitivity for this issue, I contacted the client mid-morning to alert her to its deliveryShe acknowledged receipt and said she’s get back to me. Because it was time sensitive and she’d been contacting me about delivery, my expectation was she would review it that mid-morning, early afternoon, get back to me with reviews, updates could be made, and she could meet her time sensitive deadline. Instead, client waited days before contacting me with her revisionsThis prevented this service from meeting her 5-day delivery based on the fact that it was now 9-days and updates would need be made. Upon making the updates, this writer delivered the revised draft, and client didn’t review this revised draft for another daysIn all, days transpired between on-time delivery of her IT resume draft preventing this writer to meet her 5-day turnaroundHer delays were beyond the control of this writing service. Note it the series of emails to client she acknowledges receipt of her IT completed resume on Feb21, yet on Febshe complains that she hasn’t received the completed documentsOn Feb25, she is later told that her documents were forwarded to her on FebThere is question as to her discrepancy of acknowledgement on Feb21, and then statement of non-receipt on Feb25. Client had demanded her previous call center experience be included on the resumeThe time frame of experience covered on most resumes is 10-yearsThe client’s call center experience was between 12- years agoThis information was omitted initially due to timelines. Note: this writer has over years’ experience in call centers, including working in professional relations for ***Due to technology changes and downsizing, it may not serve the client well to list experience over 10-years oldUpon her insistence, I did include the call center experience in her revised resume (copy provided) and outlined the items of importance to call centers. Client received her 2nd resume on time per her designated delivery date on the client contractAt the time of receipt, she complained about not receiving her IT resume draft and was alerted it had been delivered 5-days earlier. Client consistently claims her IT resume didn’t meet her demanded 5-day turnaroundHer draft was delivered on time per details in client contractHowever, completion was delayed based on client’s delays in reviewing revised materials sent to her multiple times. Attorney’s letter was sent onceIt verified the timelines of delivery of drafts and delays in client review to allow delivery of completed documentsThe delays prevented delivery of a completed IT resume within days, those delays were beyond the control of this writer and made it impossible to meet this client’s demands. Deadlines and format styles were explained to the client at the signing of the client contractAdditional information to support the client and provide insight into coaching offered and resume reviews were delivered by email, and consistently rejected by clientThis writer made every effort to work with this client to meet her delivery deadlines, resume content and help her meet her timesensitive deadlinesThis was supported by a neutral attorney contracted to review facts and present his findings to the clientHis letter is included. The writer went above and beyond for this client to help her achieve her goalsDelays prevented completion by her demanded delays, but writer did not materially breach the written, signed contract provided client. No refund will be provided this clientSince March 31, this client has contacted this writer four times to receive copies of her resumes and cover letters and has been sent all copies each time, well before April This writer will work with the client to make additional revisions, but no refund will be offered since all materials a been received multiple times. I hope this addresses each issueIf not, please let me know. Best Regards, ***

Hamilton Writing Services regrets client had such a negative experience and missed her designated deadlineApologies were made to client regarding her name, and this writer attempted to work with the client to resolve issues, but these actions were rejected. The initial resume and cover
letter drafts were delivered on deadline meeting all the written terms of the client contract Based on urgency of need, client was alerted the materials were deliveredClient acknowledged receipt of materials, but waited days before reviewing them and getting back to me about needed revisions via email, rather than calling me, which would have expedited update turnaround. After updates were made, revised drafts were returned to clientHowever, client didn't see her revised drafts in her Inbox for days after deliveryThis writer notified client of delivery of her revised drafts following on-time delivery of her second resume and cover letter. Writer offered to work with client on any additional revisions but client did not follow-throughAfter receiving two resume and two cover letters, client requested a full refund, which was deniedHer materials were delivered on time, delays in client review on two occasions led to missed work posting deadlines, and Hamilton Writing Services did not materially breach the signed client contractPayment upfront for writing services is an industry standard. Hamilton Writing Services provides full disclosure of services and contract terms, strives to work with each client to provide documents written with high quality and professionalism, and deliver all materials by designated deadlines as outlined on client contractsI wish this client well

Hamilton Writing Services works under contract with every client to protect both parties by detailing the scope of work outlined for the price paid by the clientThe client is asked to carefully review the terms of the contract before signing to ensure clear understanding of all aspects of the
scope of work and terms of agreementHamilton Writing Services will not work with any client, freelance or resume writing, without a signed client contract*** secured Hamilton Writing Services and signed his client contract on April 1, with his 60-minute information-gathering interview slated for April at p.m., the start of his turnaround timeAfter completing the interview, HWS began work on ***' career documentsDuring the processing time, HWS encountered multiple technical issues that prevented work on ***' and many other projects delaying completion timeDelays occurred due to a car accident, technical issues and personal emergenciesI'm a one-person office and while most clients didn't have any issues, *** continually submitted emails requesting a turnaround dateAll efforts were made, but delays continued beyond HWS' control*** and any other affected clients were made aware of these delays, albeit with projected due dates. One of the terms of the signed contract is that the client is to be an active participant in the process and to contact HWS if materials don't arrive by the designated deadlines*** did follow this and sent emails requesting updatesEach was responded to within hours of receipt. After continued delays on May 12, 2015, *** was offered a partial refund by HWS, as were multiple other clients, because of ongoing delays in services deliveryHe refused the initial terms stating he would request a full refund from his bank if delivery wasn't completedHWS then canceled his contract and per the No Refund terms of the initial contract, *** was sent a client release form on May 14, to review and sign in order to process his full refundThis releases him legally from the No Refund clause allowing a full refund to be processedOne stipulation of this release form is that upon a full refund the client agrees not to disparage HWS in any way or becomes liable for legal action for disparagementThis clause is to protect the integrity of HWS and has been legally approved by counsel*** refused to sign the client release form because of the non-disparagement clauseSince he refused to sign this legal release, his bank refused his refund per the No Refund clause of the initial canceled contractThis action was based on ***' actions and out of the control of Hamilton Writing Services. On July 20, *** sent an email stating emphatically that he would not sign any contract, but asked for his services to be completed since his bank refused his refundHamilton Writing Services stated I would complete the materials, and again started the processHowever, after further delays, my legal counsel pointed out that *** no longer had a contract with Hamilton Writing ServicesHis first contract was canceled, he emphatically stated he would not sign any additional contracts, and so no contract existed between us. At this point Hamilton Writing Services stopped further work on ***' materialsSince he emphatically repeated he would not sign any contract, no contract was offered him as the outcome was well-knownOn Sept28, 2015, I received the following email from *** regarding his services: ---------- Forwarded message ---------- From: *** H Date: Mon, Sep 28, at 1:PM Subject: Re: Resume Status To: *** *** Hi ***, Not sure what my choices are hereI have been waiting another months for thisdo you want to call this down the middle and refund me half? I'm not willing to sign anything but I will also not post any type of reviews. *** D. *** was aware no refund would be made when he made this statement based on earlier actions by his bank since he refused to sign the client release formWhen he requested the full refund he canceled his initial contract and Hamilton Writing Services was under no obligation to continue working with himBased on the ongoing delays, the refusal to sign his client release, his emphatic refusal to sign any future contracts, and his last request for a refund in lieu of posting comments, Hamilton Writing Services chose to terminate all contact with *** and move onI was advised by my business coach and legal counsel that this action would be in the best interest of HWS. Hamilton Writing Services did make many efforts to complete the services for ***However, in many instances delays occurred beyond my control and after repeated attempts to resolve the issues it was determined in both our best interests to move onThe refused refund was based on ***’ actions by not signing his releaseI'm sorry for this outcome with ***, however, at this time I no longer wish to work with himI wish him well with future endeavors. Respectfully,*** ***

Are you aware she did not provide what she made clear that she would provide services by a certain time frame and did not do so and also provided a resume that was not including the materials I gave her and expected per our conversations on both meeting and interview via phone ? I asked for the copies and I have not been able to revise them or make changes on PDF format to have them suit other job opportunities. I don't see how based on the documents and emails that she provided the job based on payment made.

I am rejecting this response because: Not sure how  technical issues stop you from writing an resume and cover letter but you can send emails confirming next dates. I was continuously offered dates of completions and they were missed every time. May 2nd, Hi [redacted],Your drafts will be coming by May 11 at the latest. Thank you for the email with your job description. Most of my resumes are results-oriented marketing tools rather than duty-oriented reviews. I'll draw upon the notes I gathered from our information interview, but may refer to your job description if needed. I'll scan it to see if it includes any results-from tasks you had and actions you took. Employers want you to show them your success through specific examples of results-oriented actions rather than merely review your duties description.I'll be in touch.Best,May 12th,Hi [redacted],  I had a personal emergency May 3 that delayed some projects. I've had to deal with some personal issues of late relating to a car accident that occurred last month and the police report was just released. It demanded a lot of time but things appear to be under control. Also learned yesterday that another client had issues with sending me information via Gmail, so there have been issues with sending/receiving emails. You'll get your materials, [redacted]. Hang in there. My policy is still 10-15 business days and although you've returned, I'm working on clients in the order in which they arrive barring any technical issues or personal emergencies. It will be done by or before Saturday. I'll guarantee that barring any medical or technical issues that come up.[redacted]  [redacted] did not tell me my contract was broken and that she would not complete my resume just kept missing deadlines. if you internet is down and that is your tech issue there are other ways to get a resume we could meet again, you could go to fedex, you could mail it tons of different ways I do not see that as an excuse.  I think you can see my frustration with due dates and missing all of them.

Mr. [redacted], hereforafter referred to as “Client”, breached his own promise to provide information to this writer by an initial due date to allow the writer to complete the draft, erred in the original due date for his desired job post, and cancelled his contract and services before delivery of...

the initial resume draft. Missed deadlines based on the client’s behavior are not considered a material breach of the client contract by this writer. This writer contends that the non-delivery of services are due to client’s non-compliance to his own demands, not the fault of this writer and his personal cancellation of services. Writer requested client to send details of job information by end of day Jan. 31 to complete initial drafts so client could meet a job posting date of Feb. 5. Client originally thought posting date was Feb. 10, but writer noticed the 5 days earlier due date. Client sent his information on Feb. 2, delaying the drafts by 36 hrs. Further review of client information revealed a need for a complex rewrite complicating the delivery of the initial draft. Draft was in process when client cancelled the original request on Feb. 5. On Feb. 10, client again cancelled all work on a resume draft and demanded an immediate refund. This writer agreed to refund the client in full within 15 days following the completion of a client release form allowing his release from the No Refund policy in client contract. Client notified writer on Feb. 18 that he refuses to sign this release form, is not obligated to do so, and immediately demanded a refund. His delay in responding to writer about release for refund followed by Revdex.com negative review and intimidation of small claims court and bullying tactics to demand a faster refund turnaround are considered a lack of professionalism on his part. Writer hadn't even replied to client on Feb. 18 before client submitted negative complaint to Revdex.com. Writer agreed to refund client and will do so within 15 daysas per policy. Writer maintains a no refund clause in client contract and is not obligated to refund client since work was in process on draft, His negative comments and threats are being referred to this writer’s legal counsel of further consideration.

I am rejecting this response because:she didn't follow through and has a known written history as noted by other reviews of people that paid her. Along with a timeline verified by email. She's also tried bullying me via a lawyer and refused any attempt to resolve the matters by blaming me for her inabilites to produce promised work in the promised timeframe given not matching her supposed written agreement.
