Worked with this company - months ago about getting a piano part fixed Someone came and took the part to get sent out and fixed and haven't been able to get in contact to retrieve the part back I was not unwilling to pay my bill I have been trying to call and always get the voicemail where I will leave a message each time

About weeks ago Lewis Electronic Services came out to repair our organ at the church They had to take the amp out of the Tone cabinet and take it with them to repair They said that the repair would probably take about a week or so About two weeks went by and I hadn't heard anything from them, so I decided to call I didn't get answer so I left a message and nobody ever called me back I have tried calling several times over the last 3+ weeks with no response

I just want to say thank you for your assittance with my order. My shipment arrived yesterday at my brothers home. It arrived a lot sooner then I expected. Again thank you. I just hope my brother can be as quick as your team is. Will order from you again

After waiting over 3 days for Amazon.com to ship my popcorn machine I decided I had waited long enough. I canceled my amazon.com order and found this businesses web site called http://www.paragonpopcornmachines.com

The lady on the phone was great as I had her check if each of the various machines I was interested in was in stock or not which she gladly did. Finally after selecting the same machine I ordered from the other company at a $60 savings I was ecstatic. She had promised me that it would ship that day.

I made that order this past Wednesday 3/12/2014 at the time I was told it would be at least 3 shipping days before it would be delivered. Boy was I shocked to see it here today Friday 3/14/2014.

I just want to thank your team for such great service if I have any future needs I will be sure to look up your company first.

This company is the best. I have had the greatest experience with them, from there wonderful customer service to them getting my 200lbs shipment out the same day I ordered. Also it made it from there warehouse to the east side of kansas in three days. Like I said before GREATEST company ever.
