This company have no respect for customersMy shipment received on 10-**-was missing an item and there was no information on the invoice, so I called them and was told they don't have the missing item; it is back orderedThat is when I found out that my item is back ordered 10-**-I was told that the item would be shipped the following day, after a week and no communication from them, I decided to call again on Nov *** to find out that the item still wasn't shippedThey took so long trying to locate the shipment and then decided to tell me that they would call back with the information; they never didI saw an email from them on 11-*-@5:PM with a tracking number, I decided to track the package using the tracking#***they emailed to me, but would you believe that as of 11-**-@11:AM the post office just have this response for me "The *** *** *** was electronically notified by the shipper on November *, to expect your package for mailingThis does not indicate receipt by the *** or the actual mailing dateDelivery status information will be provided if/when available."

Don't buy any parts from deutsche parts usa, the ebay name is deutschepartsusa. I bought the bmw control arm bushings. It fails within 6 months. It is very cheap rubber, but it says "high performance".
The parts I bought is only 12 dollars something. After contacting, I am asked to send $6 dollars in order to send me a warranty replacement, while the other dealer costs only $6.
12 dollars doesnt cost much but the labor it much more than that.
AGAIN, DON'T BUY CHEAP [redacted] FROM THIS STORE!

Attached please find a copy of the Warranty Policy posted to the exact listing on [redacted].  As you can see, our one year unconditional warranty provides for the replacement of a part should it fail within 12 months of the purchase date.  Our warranty does now provide for a refund.  Also,...

the customer is pay for the return shipping of the faulty part. We apologize that our Customer Service Team was not successful in relaying this information to you previously.  As a gesture of good faith we are willing to give the customer a $100 store credit to be used toward a future purchase.

Review: This company sells auto parts through Ebay. Their name is Deutsche Auto, and their part brand is Hamburg Technic, which is "headquartered" in Hamburg, Germany. They make ist appear that they are a German company selling German made products. However their parts are made in China, and they are cheap junk. There are many bad reviews of them on the internet. I purchased some parts from them. They failed within a couple months, and a couple thousand miles. The company has a one year warranty on the products, but they will not honor the warranty. This company misrepresents itself and does not honor it's warranty claims.Desired Settlement: I only asked for a credit of $43 for the parts that failed. That is how much they sell them for.

Should a part fail within the twelve (12) month warranty period, DeutschepartsUSA will provide an immediate replacement of the part. This Warranty Replacement Policy does not provide for a refund of the purchase price, and/or any labor costs involved in the removal and installation of the part. Additionally, DeutschepartsUSA is not responsible for any loss of use in service or repair costs incurred for incidental damage resulting from the failed product.

DeutschepartsUSA is not liable for any loss, cost, expense, inconvenience or damage that may result from use or inability to use the product. Contrary to the above, we are willing to provide the requested credit of $43.00, but need the customer to give us the Paypal Unique Transaction I.D. for his purchase. Without this information, we are not able to provide the requested refund.

The business did issue a credit that was satisfactory, but only after multiple threats and after the Revdex.com contacted them. I still have a problem with this company as they represent themselves as a quality German made auto part manufacturer when in fact they sell low quality Chinese parts.

The company should change their manufatcturer name, which is "Hamburg Technic, headquartered in Hamburg, Germany". So it would seem that you are getting German parts, which you are not. Distributor should list origin of product.

Review: I searched a car part number on google.com. This supplier came up as a match on eBay. I called and spoke to them before I ordered the part confirming that the part that they were offering was a 100% match to the part that I needed. They guaranteed me that the part would fit. Additionally, I sent them an email after I purchased the part, through eBay, again confirming that they understood what car I had and what part I needed. Again, I received an email stating that the part that they were shipping would fit. Upon receipt of the part, I took it to my mechanic and he said the part would not fit and it was not even a close fit. I contacted the company about returning the part and I returned the part. They said that after they received the wrong part, they would ship the correct part. I confirmed the part was received by the company and waited for a response. I didn't hear from them for 3 business days (even though I attempted to reach them by phone and email). Finally, they called me on Friday (June 7, 2013), and said that they refunded my credit card $56.00, but they charged me $70.00 for the part. I told them that was unacceptable and they said that they would ship the correct part if I paid them $56.00. I told them I would not do that because I had not received the $56.00 credit on my credit card. I requested that they reverse the credit (if in fact that it had been sent) and ship the part out on June 7th. They said they would not ship the part and I told them that I would report them to the Revdex.com. I feel that I have been more than fair with this company...... I gave them every chance, before, during, and after, the purchase of this part. I would "NOT" have ordered the part from them in the first place had I not called and confirmed in an email that they would guarantee that the part would fit. So now I have no part and I have not received the partial refund that they say they have sent me.Desired Settlement: The only thing I ever wanted was the correct part. I obviously would "NOT" settle for a partial refund (as they say they have sent, but I have not received) when I gave them every opportunity to ship the correct part in the first place! So, I would accept the correct part or 100% refund............ which I think is reasonable....

They were of course nice and promising to me at the beginning when I placed my order, but after I received the defective part, their customer service has been terrible, they've been very rude, and are not issuing any sort of credit as they've said they are going to. Now, all I hear is that they do not know how much to credit my account as they can't find it. I've given them tracking numbers and transaction numbers. One person tells me they found it and then another person says they can't. I've left numerous un-answered voicemails. Every time I finally do get a hold of someone, they say they'll call me back and never do! I'm not sure what's going on there, but they should not be in business with how they're handling this transaction. Review: Ordered a set of rear bearings on 12/*, got them, took car to mechanic to have them installed.

parts were damaged and missing from the sealed box and sealed plastic bags.

Called them up, Wanted pictures of damaged part. Sent pictures, 6 days later called to see what was going on.

hadn't looked at the email and picts yet, promised to mail out replacment parts to replace damaged and missing.

got new parts, no damage but same parts missing.

called them up again. they checked their supplies and found out that set of parts was missing in all their sets, even though their pictures on the site show it.

offered $10 compsation. parts cost $57 to replace missing part. Asked to meet half way. Refused.

contacted ebay and won the right to return and refund. sent parts back, refused to accept. remailed back to me

wasn't home to get package so was sent back again. refund refused.

Ebay sent them a email to contact me within 48hours,, it's now 72 hours later. Disputing charge with Credit Card Company.Desired Settlement: Full refund.
