This response is a lie*** was not with me at the end of my session with Larry only Larry's assistant dyer and the two people I met when I went to the salon a young black man and womanAfter the session, everyone surrounded me and told me how good I look making my head spinLarry gave me a card which I later realized had no number on it but only his writing saying"I will dye for you"I had to go to the internet to get the address and phone number which made me feel uneasy about his promise! Why was there no number? I was not told anything about a fourteen day response only Larry telling me in the beginning that if I was unsatisfied he would take care of itThat's why I went forward with the sessionFrom the photo you (me on the right in the brown regalia) can see why I'm unsatisfiedHe did not return my calls and was unavailable when I stopped byHis schedule was erratic which made it harder for me to contact himI'm not trying to cheat anyone I just want the service they expect me to pay for! When I called another time a responsible person answered and told me I could make an appointment to have my hair redone but when I tried he told me something about ten days which no one told me before, time wasted because I was not told about it or contacted when I wanted the service taken care ofSo I stopped payment waiting for Larry to return my callIt never came!

Good Afternoon ***, Devachan/DevaCurl Salons have a day policy for any service complaintsWe encourage clients to call our Call Center/ Salon Manager so that we can quickly find a solution to ensure client satisfaction! I was present when Larry (Stylist) explained this to *** ***
at the end of her appointmentLarry also told her if she had any complaints or concerns about her color service to contact him and he would make an adjustment within the policy’s time frameHe then gave her our Devachan business card and wrote his name on it for her *** *** contacted our Call Center on June **, (one month after the service was provided)Our Call Center manager returned her call twice and also left two messagesOne message was left on June **, and another message was left on June **, These dates fall outside of the day policy previously explainedShe also mentions within this complaint that she has stopped the credit card payment but would prefer a refundHowever, we cannot refund what we have not received Sincerely, *** *** Salon Manager
