[redacted] brought his [redacted] vehicle in to be repaired on May 13,2015.He requested we check the noise from front strut mounts and bushings and give him a quote.He was quoted for two front struts, and boot cushions plus two strut mount plates  and 2 spring cushions which were Dealer...

items plus  2.5 hours labor and an Alignment.The customer agreed to the work  and Devaney tire completed the job and charged .5 labor less for Invoice[redacted]   When the work was finished the noise was gone.  Three weeks later he returned complaining of a small noise and we could not locate the problem.  He brought it back again and said it seemed worse .  He requested we take the struts out and replace them and I agreed to replace the parts which had a life time warranty, but cautioned him if after the replacement and it still made noise, I would have to charge for the labor.  The dispute was over this incident and the noise was only on one side.  They never took the [redacted] back and went to another mechanic who double charged them and did both sides and charged them$400.00  We would have done it for  $160.00.   When [redacted] came in with complaints , she was offered reimbursement of what it would have cost to do here.   She refused and said she would follow other avenues. Devaney Tire will reimburse $160 .00 as originally. [redacted]Manager and Vic President
