I worked with Ashley on a Jeep Unlimited Wrangler Rubicon by phone and textWe came to an agreement on terms which was agreed on by text messages, so I have the details in writingI wanted to make sure we were set on my terms due to the fact that we were driving hour and minutes to do the purchaseWe felt good on what the final numbers would be and took off to the dealershipAfter driving the jeep, we set down and were informed Ashley was not availableWe worked with a very nice salesman named MikeHe came back and said the manager said they could not accept the offer that was done in writing and that here was the new offerWe were not satisfied by that and discussed the fact that they pulled a bait and switch tactic to get us down from that far away and to force us to purchaseWe chose to leave, never getting to talk with Ashly while there even after multiple attempt to reach herAfter we left Ashley text me and told me she wasn't sure why they would not honor the deal, but she couldn't do anything about itThis was a very shady deal from the beginning after our arrival, no one that had help with the details was available to helpMy truck that we were trading in was in bad shape and we were aware of thisIf we knew that there was a chance of not trading we would not have goneNow our truck has additional unnecessary mileage and is running worse than before I would avoid this dealership and read other Facebook and Google reviews before choosing wasting your time

One of the very worst car buying experiences that I have had Purchased a used F-for 40k but did not tell me until signed paperwork that had only one key for the truck When inquired about this they said would have to go talk with Ford Dealership to get one madebut are you not a Ford dealership?? We purchased a Jeep from this dealership on May 13thThe dealership had agreed to fix an alignment issue, multiple lights that were out, the running board on the passenger side that was not functioning correctly and scratches and chips out of the paint that were suppose to be repairedIt has now been weeks and I have called multiple times and gone up there to speak to them about the jeep and it has still not been repairedThey did replace one set of lights but it is a totally different brand of light then all of the other lights that are on this jeepThis dealership has not called me once to give me any type of update on the jeepHorrible costumer service and they have not kept to the agreement so far of fixing all of the issues that the jeep hasI was told on Friday June 2nd when I went up there to speak with them that they would call me and let me come pick it up to drive it to make sure that it does drive straight but did not receive one phone callI am not even sure if th
