Review: brought my playstation 3 in for repairs and the issue was the blu ray drive needed to be replaced I was assured by the technician that he done the job before and he bought a new drive online for 60 dollars which I was charged for and in total the bill came to 70 dollars to repair my playstation 3 system I brought in the system on January [redacted] and was told it would 3 to 5 days I wondered into the shop on January [redacted] the following Monday and was told the playstation3 3 was fixed when I connected it to my tv I noticed nothing at all had changed in fact it was worse because now I couldn't even eject the disc I had put in I brought it back to the shop and was told the wire from the new drive was not connected to the motherboard that it was broke and he fix it and he would order a new wire and it would be fixed the wire which I was told was ordered on the January [redacted] would arrive in a couple of days and would be fixed promptly checking up on the wire Thursday and Friday the [redacted] and [redacted] January but still it was not repaired and I had paid for the repairs in full and did not get my playstation 3 repaired from devcomputer on Monday January [redacted] at 2pm I went to the shop and took my playstation 3 from there possession because they had lied so much about everything they had promised most notably the problem with the system and how long it would take to repair this easy problemDesired Settlement: I would just like my money back
