Customer reached out to us on 03/05/about her experience with the Color Oops productIn her original email, she stated she purchased our product to completely strip out the unwanted color, instead of using her usually method of “Prell and baking soda [which] takes about minutes in the shower
and lightens hair several shades immediately.”Customer explained the process timing, when applying the productShe stated, “[it] took minutes to apply, minutes on my head, and minutes of shampooing and rinsing in the shower.” Her results were, her hair lightened a few shades.We asked for the customer to submit before and after pictures of her hair results, so we can see exactly what has happenedWe also addressed the issue of our website not allowing messages to go throughWe even ran a test and it did come through.The customer’s response was to say she is not a selfie addict and is not able to provide us hair result picturesIf we were able to see exactly what the customer is describing as happened, we would have been able to better assist her and explain to her why Color Oops only lifted a few levels of unwanted color and how to best proceed from there.The attachment that was sent with the copy of her receipt, would not load and gave us an error message, so we are not able to see this pictureWe have followed our protocol and still offered to send the customer a replacement to help her achieve the desired hair results, even though she was not able to provide all the requested informationShe has refused our help and threatened to trash our business on social media.After reading the Customer’s complaint on the Revdex.com, if the customer had stated her hair resulted in a brassy color, instead of it lightening a few levels, we would have been able to immediately explain to her that this can happen and how to fix the brassy tones easilyShe did not state her hair turned a brassy tone in her original emails

I am rejecting this response because:They are lying. The product does not list bleaching of the hair as a possible outcome. It actually says the complete opposite, claiming there is no bleach contained in the product.This business is lying to the public about their product and misrepresenting the product.I wish to let this be know to the public so no one else has to go through the same thing I did. It's a scam

This customer [redacted] called in regards to our Splat Pink Fetish Kit. When asked to provide proof of purchase to further assist her, she did not agree to submit policy requirements for product replacement. We requested to have her issue with Splat in writing via email, which was never provided....

Your products have proven to destroy hair and cause damage. It would be ridiculous of me to even try anything from your company. I'm satisfied letting everyone know that you do not stand by your products.

I am rejecting this response because:They did not ask me to email then in writing, or provide an email for me to send my complaint to. They asked if I had the receipts for the hair dye, which I didn't, who keeps those! If necessary I'll get my bank records. She was also very rude on the phone and offered no resolution, and tried to blame me saying I used the product wrong. When in fact, I followed the directions correctly. Thank you, [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:
1) The fact remains that the promises on the box are misleading and untrue(i.e., "Takes only 20 minutes" when the instructions on the inside list steps that take over an hour) and 2) I would like a refund, which the company refuses to provide. The file they supposedly could not open is a photo from a cell phone of my receipt. If they have an IT person or department at the company, I am pretty sure someone can explain how to open a photo attachment.
