THIS IS BEYOND RIDICULOUS BECAUSE ONCE I RECEIVED MY SONS STUFF IN THE MAIL THE FIRST THING I NOTICED WAS THAT SHE DID NOT INCLUDE MY $AND LAST CHILD CARE RECEIPT!! THIS DISGUSTING LADY IS LYING AND BEING VERY SPITEFUL BECAUSE I TOOK MY CHILD OUT OF HER DAY CARETHE ADULT THING TO DO WAS TO RETURN ALL OF MY PROPERTY BUT SHE IS A THIEFSHE EVEN ADMITTED IT TO ME THAT SHE USED MY $TO MAIL ME A BOX THAT I NEVER ASKED HER TO!!! I EVEN TOLD HER I'M COMING TO GET HIS STUFF BUT SHE CHOSE TO BE SPITEFUL & USE MY OWN $10!! THIS WOMEN IS SO IMMATURE IT'S DISGUSTING THAT SHE RUNS A DAY CARE OF ALL BUSINESS!!! WHEN I KINDLY ASKED HER FOR THOSE ITEMS SHE THREATENED TO CALL THE COPS ON ME FOR HARASSMENT WHEN SHE KNOWS SHE STOLE MY THINGS AND SPITEFULLY WANTS TO CALL THE COPS ON ME!!!! HOW DISGUSTING!! SHE LIED AND SAID SHE SHREDDED ALL OF HER PAPERS BUT ITS'S SO FUNNY THAT SHE REMEMBERS THE EXACT DATE HE STARTED!! LYING WOMAN!!! HER LAST REPLY WAS A COMPLETE LIE!! I have three children presently going to Devi's Family DaycareMy children were the first set of kids that the provider babysat even before she was licensed, which was over six years ago and they still attend Devi's Family DaycareI personally think her daycare is one of the BEST daycare in Queens Village from my experience and I wouldn't dream of taking my children out of thereAll of the children she presently have in her daycare has been with her since she became a licensed provider and since they were months to year and they are now three and four years old, going to school and still attend the after school program she provides at her daycareThe provider at Devi's Family Daycare, takes care of the children as if they are her ownWhen she take the children on trips, she texts all the parents with pictures of their children having funShe is an outspoken and respectful womanShe will do everything she can to help you and your childShe help me put my four year old in pre-k! Which daycare provider does that? Last year my seven year old had a promotion in doubt letter from her school, the provider make it her personal goal to help my child advance to the next class and my child did! And I know all the parents feel the same about MsDevi Daycare because their children still attend DEVI'S FAMILY DAYCARE!!

Dear Sir/Madam,My name is *** *** and I am the provider at Devi's Family DaycareI enrolled *** *** child *** ***"> in my program on the *** of November, She told the reason why she took him out from the previous daycare is that her son caught the "hand, foot & mouth diseaseI am responding to the complaint of *** *** ***Since the date of enrollment of *** *** to the termination out of my program, I haven't had any problem with *** *** or with her son *** until *** *** accused me, instead of stating her concern.From Monday thru Friday 10am to 12:noon we have learning time for all children in my care(children work are kept so that the parents can see their child progress). The children watch an hour of educational TV every morning until the all the other children signed in and an hour in the afternoon while they wait for their parents to come.The children are never forced but are encouraged to eat their meals by simply playing little games with them "who wants to be the winner" (and everyone comes out to be the winner)*** has never threw up under my care*** *** always picked up her child everyday between 4:00pm to 4:30pm (attendance sheet is available) that's when the children are getting ready to eat their dinnerTHE TV IS NEVER ON! Sometimes *** *** wait until her child finished eating*** WAS NEVER FORCED TO EAT OR ANY OTHER CHILD!I told all the parents during "quiet time" to text me and not to ring the doorbell so not to disturbed the children while they're napping, if they are picking their child earlyDuring "quiet time" while my assistant have direct supervision of the children, I took care of my personal business; lunch, bathroom, phone calls, etcon the upper floor of my homeOn January ***, 2015, about 2:30pm I came down and my assistant told me that ***'s mom came early to picked him up and she said that she texted me twiceI texted her"hi, my assistant told me that you texted meSorry I didn't get any text from you"(copies of text conversation is available)she replied "yea I did & she also told me you're sleepingI don't understand how you're running a daycare & *** isn't clearly of age to be alone with the kids" She assumed that was I was sleeping because my assistant told her I was upsta irsMy assistant *** was cleared by the State of New York to assumed responsibilities of an assistant in my daycare programA picture and the name of all my assistants is post up in the entrance of the daycare for all parents to see.After the last text I then had a phone conversation with *** *** which went very badly so I ended the call and sent her text which stated "Dear *** ***, after the text I received from you and he phone conversation we had earlier todayI regret to inform you I will no longer provide care for you child ***Childcare for *** *** has been terminated immediately from Devi's Family Daycare*** is a smart and intelligent child and it was a pleasure to have him in my childcare program"Then it got worse than the phone conversation that I ended*** *** became very explicit with her language by calling me FAT *** *** ***, I DONT SPEAK PROPER ENGLISH, I AM NASTY AND HEARLESS, THAT I WILL WAKE UP AND BE A FAT UGLY *** ***, SHE IS CUTIE AND *** SKIN and she goes on text after text that she is light skin and I am fat ugly *** *** *** ***, I am a filthy ***, with all the money I am collecting from my daycare that my FAT *** CANT AFFORD TO GO THE GYMI was never engaged in a cursing or swearing match with *** *** or anybody else(copies of texts are available). After all the nasty texts I receive from *** ***, I mailed her son's blanket, fitted sheet, receipt and $in a small box to her addressI spent $of my own money to mailed the package because I didn't want *** *** on my property because of the angry texts she sent to meI didn't robbed *** *** any money but if she want another $from me I will give it her with no problem*** *** claimed that she didn't received any receipt from me, so if I wanted to rob *** *** I could claim that she never pay me for childcare but THAT'S NOT THE PERSON I AM!I am a very respectful person and I give the same respect to everybodyI don't tolerate any swearing, cursing or disrespect whether you're an adult or child and I expect same in return.Sir/Madam, I take great pride in the caring of the children in my daycareMy daycare is a Family daycare and that's the care I provide for all my daycare childrenFAMILY CARE!Sincerely,*** ***
