He was extremely helpful, friendly and very professionalHe took the time to explain to me everything regarding the repair, he took time to show me that my screen had a crack under the glass and that is why my phone stopped working, he also showed me that the battery was swelling and it would need to be replaced in the next few monthsHe did not pressure me into buying a battery
