Hello, I have noted your concerns and spoken with our returns department who has confirmed receipt of your orders and processing of your refunds I did want to note that one of your orders was for a used device in which we clearly described the condition of the deviceThe other device you purchased was only manufactured for [redacted] and not for [redacted] [redacted] does not make an [redacted] which is exactly what we had shipped youWe are sorry that you experienced these issues and strongly urge you to full research prior to purchase about network compatibility to avoid future discrepancies

Thought I would be receiving a brand new Samsung S Instead I received a used one The listing on the devices-now.com does not start on the subject that it is used You have looked buried in a "What's Included Tap" that explains that the phone is "Days Used" Which is an obvious lie since is the same description for all their phones I called, emailed, and filed a claim through PayPal (since that is how I paid) They it has been Days and they have not responded to any of my calls/emails/return requests Don't bother buying anything from this place Worst experience ever

Do not order from this company! They will not respond to their phone messages and rarely to their online messagesI ordered an unlocked Iphonefrom them on Jan and didn't receive the phone for over a weekWhen I received it, it was a locked phone and they told me it wasn'tI contacted Apple and the phone company it was locked under and couldn't get it unlocked which they both told me it was lockedNow Devices Now will not respond back to meThey said they would pay to have it unlocked and would respond back to me with in 24-hoursIt has been over days and they will not respond back I want this issue taken care of ASAP!

"Factory unlocked" means the phone is able to be activated with any carrierIn this case, Devices-Now advertised the phone as being able to be used with ***I bought the phone specifically to use with ***, which is the carrier utilized by *** *** ***, my carrier of choiceThe phone was NOT UNLOCKED AS ADVERTISEDThe ad did not say "unlocked after you follow a page and a 1/of complicated instructions we'll send you when you realize it's not unlocked" - it said "factory unlocked." It was notThat is textbook advertising, plain and simple. The instructions they sent me were useless and too lateI had already been left without a working phone from Sunday to Monday evening, a major inconvenience and very stressfulMy phone is necessary for my job and it caused me a lot of hassle at workNo one could reach me via phone for a day and a halfAs I stated before, I had already bought a sim card from ***, switched my phone number over and was in the process of attempting to activate the phone when it displayed a message saying "only able to be activated with ***." Again, NOT FACTORY UNLOCKEDMy old phone was already rendered useless, as the number had already been switched over, so my only choice was to go to a *** store the next day, the nearest being miles away, and get it activated through themReturning the phone would only be insult to injury - I had already spent $on the phone from Devices-NowThat is a lot of money to meSending it back would mean I would have to fork out more money on top of the $I'd already spent to go buy yet ANOTHER phone, pay out of pocket the shipping charges to return the phone to Devices-Now, and wait for a refundUnacceptableI have copies of their e-mail with the instructions to unlock it - that is proof right there that they sold me a phone that was not factory unlocked as advertisedI am not a technician - the instructions were very complicated with about steps and prompts, filled with abbreviations and jargon that was completely foreign to meNo way could I have done that nor should I have had toI have a copy of the ad from the internet that shows it as "factory unlocked," which, again, it was notIt cost me an extra $to make the phone workable, and that is what I'm demanding Devices-Now refund me for their advertising: The breakdown is this: $for the sim card from *** that I was unable to return because it had already been opened; $19.22, a partial month's service for *** *** *** that I was never able to use, and $49.61, what it cost me to get the phone working from ***, a far cry from the $I would have spent on the *** *** *** plan. I am happy to provide documentation of all of the above, including the e-mail from Devices-Now as well as their ad describing the phone as "factory unlocked." This was my first smart phone, I researched it carefully, and Devices-Now sold me a fraudulent product - they made what was supposed to be an exciting, fun moment into a big, stressful expensive hassle

I purchased a Samsung Galaxy Sfrom them that was unlocked in November of They advertised on their website that it was compatible with MetroPCS and that is precisely what they sent meIt doesn't send multimedia messages but I do not believe devices-now is responsible for itHowever, I also ordered, in the same purchase order, several accessories for an additional charge as part of a 60% off deal when I purchased the phone, including a in charger and two casesThose products did not ship to me and I have already paid for them sent two emails and left two voicemails to have them fix this and I have not heard one word back from themI will consider changing this review based upon the service I receive once I do finally hear back from them, though I am not holding my breath based on other reviews of this company on other websites I have visited after my purchase

As you requested, I can send you an RMA to return the order and issue you a full refund.
If you'd still like the phone, I can do an exchange as well as refund your account 5% for your troubles.

It's a fraud.this company never sent the item which I ordered and paidthey have a fake customer service - no body will reply, either by phone or emailI have left emails and phone calls in the past one week and never gotten response.I have called them over times but all the time they all said all reps are busy hours.I went to website to check reviews and a lot of buyers have mentioned this company is a fraudeven finally if they sent a phone with many weeks delayed, the phone won't work.I need my money back right nowit's terrible experience and I have wasted my time and no cell phone to use in the past days.I just bought the other cell phone to end this crazy nightmare.I am going to leave my bad experience in Yelp and let people be careful about this company

my complaint is not if the device was received, it is that the device received is not in fully functional condition. I paid for a fully functional device and the device that was received has a non-functional back button. I want the non-functional device I received replaced with a fully functional device as paid for.
