I have been a customer of this local business for over 25 years. Recently the are under new management.
I brought a watch in for a new battery, was told the battery was installed but they needed a special tool to reinstall the back cover. I took them for their word, and they assured me that they would call me when the watch was ready. After 3 days, I called and was told that the watch didn't work, and needed to be sent out. Why wasn't I told of the issue in the first place. I took the watch to a a local watchmaker and told him my story. He opened the watch in front of me and found that the electrical coil was damaged and the back cover was glued back on.
Devin Jewelers was the only jeweler to ever work on the watch. The lied and do *** work.
